In the process of national economic development,manufacturing plays an important role and is regarded as the leading industry in the domestic economic growth.At the same time,it is also a precondition for economic restructuring.It can present the status quo of domestic productivity.In the process of manufacturing industry development,raw materials inventory is a basic content.For this reason,we must ensure that the manufacturing industry can develop well and ensure that the enterprises can develop normally.However,it should be noted that when the inventory of raw materials is too large,the inventory of the enterprises will also be a corresponding increase in capital turnover,this time will be subject to a certain degree of restrictions in the market advantage is not obvious.For the current manufacturing enterprises,the most crucial issue is to think about the inventory management methods,so as to clearly reduce the cost of inventory methods,to promote corporate profits can be improved.In recent years,the theory of inventory management has gradually matured,and various inventory management models emerge in an endless stream.However,for a state-owned enterprise,the theory of inventory management can be applied to practice and truly "privately ordered" to achieve better Operating results.The thesis collects theoretical knowledge about inventory management,and based on the raw material management status of i5 CNC machine tools,clarifies the measures so as to provide reference for other enterprises in solving similar problems.I5 CNC machine tool production line is responsible for the assembly of machine tools,but when the creation of the production line did not recognize the key role of raw materials inventory in the development of production lines,prompting the inventory backlog is more serious.When the inventory is too large,the enterprise will face certain problems: firstly,if the inventory is too large,the enterprise funds will be occupied in large quantities,the capital turnover is more difficult and the inventory cost increases sharply;secondly,even in the inventory Under the more serious backlog,the possibility of raw material shortage may still occur.The reason for this is mainly due to the insufficient rationality of inventory structure.In this case,the enterprise is likely to lead to the loss of customers due to improper delivery.Finally,because the lack of scientific management of inventory leads to low efficiency of employees in the work process,Improve.This paper starts with the current inventory management status of i5 CNC machine tools and analyzes the problems existing in inventory management in detail,including inaccurate sales demand forecasting,backward inventory management methods,lack of effective communication among various departments and poor management of suppliers Wait.Adopting qualitative and quantitative analysis method,combining the theory with the actual situation of the production line,exponential smoothing method can improve the accuracy of demand forecasting and reduce inventory problem caused by low accuracy;at the same time,using ABC classification method to classify raw materials,And then analyze the role played by the optimization,based on the application of ancillary measures,can promote the program to be better applied.Based on the development of this research work,the achievements have mainly focused on the following two aspects: First,the optimization strategy of i5 CNC production line was obtained,which led to the improvement of inventory management method;secondly,the problems in inventory management were clarified,And put forward the response rate,prompting inventory theory has been enriched.
