In this paper,many process problems exposed in the daily conference affairs of Company X are deeply discussed and effective solutions are obtained.Through careful analysis of Company X meeting the status quo,as well as the appearance of the process management problems,combining with the characteristics of Company X organizational structure characteristics and process management,dig the root cause of these representation problems.Based on the root cause,the improvement plan of the working process of the conference affairs was put forward in a timely manner,and the working process of the conference affairs of Company X was fully improved to eradicate the shortage and solve the root problems.The 1st chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and innovation points.The 2nd chapter,literature and theoretical basis,mainly introduces the main theoretical basis and literature basis of the article.The 3rd chapter,the current situation of the conference affairs workflow of Company X,describes the basic situation of the conference affairs workflow of Company X and the situation of each specific subject process.The 4th chapter,in which the problems of Company X's business management workflow was found,and it digs deeper into the underlying causes of problems.There are many problems in the existing process of Company X's conference affairs.From the overall process point of view,there are two problems,one is the lack of relevant systems and norms;the other is the lack of summary and upgrading processes.From the details of the process,there are various problems in the workflows that make up the workflow.First,the meeting decision-making period lacks continuous reference materials,the meeting approval lacks formal processes,and no application for return process is required.Second,in the preparatory period of the conference,the conference equipment,materials,etc.are lack of account books,and the organizational division process lacks an information sharing mechanism.Third,there is no special process for special conference affairs during the duration,and there is a lack of conference work emergency mechanism for the duration.The 5th chapter,the improvement strategy of the workflow management workflow,proceed from the problem,and concretely study the concrete plans for improving the workflow of the conference management.Based on the relevant principles of BPR theory,this paper evaluates the improvement plans studied in this paper and organizes the specific implementation of the improvement work.First of all,the overall process is to improve the system and regulations,establish an electronic ledger system,and add a management workflow during the summary period of the conference to summarize the work,form a report,and study and enhance the work ability.Secondly,in terms of details,the conference management process is adjusted or re-engineered for different issues in different meeting periods.Finally,evaluate the improvement work and organize the implementation of the improvement workThe 6th chapter,Conclusion,summarizes the full text and evaluates the problem-solving situation.
