Research On The Influence Factors Of Coordination Mechanism Of Project Driven Organization

With the acceleration of the market changes and the increasingly fierce competitive environment, more and more enterprises begin to exploit project-oriented organization to improve their flexibility. Project-oriented organization can adopt different management methods to meet the different needs of the market and the owner according to each project characteristics. However, in order to match different management modes of different projects, organizations need to use more appropriate coordination mechanism. On the one hand, flexible coordination mechanism can respond quickly to the unknown factors, so as to improve the project management flexibility in the project implementation process. On the other hand, mechanical coordination mode will save time and resources, so as to improve the efficiency of project management. Therefore, how to implement effective project coordination mechanism according to the different characteristics of the project is the focus of project management.Based on the results of the project-oriented organization and coordination theory in the past and combining with organization management practice in project-oriented organization, this paper explores the influence factors of project-oriented organization's coordination mechanism. Through in-depth research to several project-oriented organizations, it identifies the internal and external factors that influence the coordination mechanism, and explores the impact mechanism. This paper has theoretical and practical significance to choose the coordination mechanism.
