Research On Rural Youth Entrepreneurship In Xiangfu District Of Kaifeng City

In 2015,Prime Minister Li Keqiang formally put forward the slogan of “Vendorship,Innovation” in the government work report,and a boom of entrepreneurship across the country is surging.Innovation and entrepreneurship are the eternal motive force for social development and national prosperity.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of the 19 th National Congress that young people are the country's future,the nation's hope,and the main force for innovation and entrepreneurship.Innovation and entrepreneurship are not only hot spots,but have become the trend of the times and have become an important starting point for promoting China's economic and social development.As a large agricultural country,the rural population still occupies more than half of the population,and Henan,in particular,as a province where the rural population has exceeded 50 million people,allows the rural population to actively participate in innovation and entrepreneurship,which not only can effectively alleviate the employment problem of rural laborers,but also increase farmers' income and wealth.At the same time,it plays an important role in promoting structural reforms in the supply side of agriculture and revitalizing the local economy.In recent years,various localities have issued policies in the hope of attracting more rural laborers to return to their hometowns to start businesses and promote local economic development.How to allow them to play a good exemplary role in popular entrepreneurship and the people's innovation environment has become an important issue in the current "three rural" related issues.The study of rural youth entrepreneurship-related issues continues to receive more scholars' attention.This article makes use of literature review,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods to explore the situation of rural youth entrepreneurship development in Xiangfu District,Kaifeng City,and analyzes the existing problems and problems in the rural youth entrepreneurship situation and related typical cases in Xiangfu District.The reasons for this,and put forward targeted policy recommendations.The first part mainly describes the background of the topic and the significance of the topic,domestic and foreign research review,research methods,research framework,and innovation and deficiencies.This part mainly summarizes and summarizes domestic and foreign literature on rural young people's innovation and entrepreneurship,and outlines the structure and framework of this article.The second part is based on summarizing and analyzing the literature on youth entrepreneurship in rural areas and related theoretical foundations.This article reviews the domestic and international youth entrepreneurial literature,and takes rural entrepreneurial activities in developed countries as the theoretical framework to learn from domestic and foreign youths about entrepreneurship in rural areas.The research is summarized.In the third part,the rural youths in Xiangfu District of Kaifeng City were selected as the research objects.They analyzed the entrepreneurship situation of rural youth in Xiangfu District from the perspectives of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship,and difficulties,and analyzed the current conditions and motivation of rural youth entrepreneurship.The status quo of the environment and entrepreneurial methods point out the major difficulties and problems encountered in the process of youth entrepreneurship in rural areas.In addition,through the discussion of the typical cases of successful rural youth entrepreneurship in Xiangfu District,Kaifeng District,the author analyzed the rural youth entrepreneurship ideas in Xiangfu District,and addressed the problems in the youth entrepreneurship process in the region.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in rural youth entrepreneurship in Xiangfu District and analyzes the reasons for their existence.And pave the way for the last chapter to make policy recommendations.On the basis of the above research and analysis,the fifth part further explores the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the rural local economy and the promotion of rural youth entrepreneurship from the three aspects of policy mechanism,social environment,and entrepreneurs.The research conclusions of this paper have important practical significance for broad rural youth groups to broaden their employment channels,embark on their own entrepreneurship and improve their quality of life.
