Research On Young Entrepreneurship Practice And Government Support Policy In Wuxi City

Fully employment is an important prerequisite to maintain the normal order ofsociety. But now youth employment becomes increasingly prominent, because of thetotal amount of contradiction for oversupply of labor market and the existence ofstructural contradictions. Relying on existing enterprises to swap jobs, the space islimited. The key is to support entrepreneurship. Encouraging youth entrepreneurship,not only effectively alleviate the pressure on youth employment, but also build aninnovation-oriented city and strengthen Wuxis economic vitality. As early as80yearsin the last century, some developed countries abroad began to try to encourageentrepreneurship to solve the problem of youth employment.In order to have a comprehensive and rational knowledge of youthentrepreneurship, this paper not only reviews the development history of Wuxisentrepreneurship, but also sorts out related entrepreneurship support policies. Basedon the investigation on the status of youth entrepreneurship in Wuxi, this paper hasan objective analysis on some bottlenecks which constraint for youthentrepreneurship development in Wuxi, such as the faultiness guide policy, supportpolicy and fund policy of youth entrepreneurship. Based on the analysis of the youthentrepreneurship policy deficiencies in Wuxi, this paper proposed some suggestionsfrom perspectives of creating healthy external environment and perfecting servicemechanism of government. In this case, it can play a greater role in increasingemployment opportunities and in building a harmonious society.
