| Since the 18th National people congress,China's national economy has been further developed.Especially General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the "Two hundred years"target as well as the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,which are also the ambitious goals and requirements for the development of China's economy.The key to build a comprehensive well-off society lies in the development of the whole rural economy,and the prosperity of the rural economy is the important foundation to achieve the overall well-off.With the development of China's socialist market economy,the growth of consumer demand in China has become the main driving force for China's rapid economic growth,in which the consumption level of rural residents has been increasing,and the consumption structure of rural residents has changed markedly.However,the dual economic structure and the existence of large rural population in our country leads to the slow rise of the consumption level of our country,and finally become the obstacles to realize "Four Comprehensive Strategy" and to solve the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers.So what can we do to further developing China's rural economy and building a new socialist countryside?How should we achieve effective implementation of precision poverty alleviation and development of rural economy,optimizing the consumption structure of rural residents,so as to play the role of consumption in promoting the economy?To further improve the quality of life of our rural residents and promote the further development of rural economy,we must explore the consumption structure of rural residents in China and use scientific analysis methods and evaluation system to study the consumption level and consumption structure of rural residents.It is meaningful and important to improve the quality and level of life of our rural residents,adapting to the"new normal economy" and further develop our socialist market economy,promote rural revitalization and build beautiful villages,and finally realizing the Chinese dream.This article takes the consumption pattern of rural inhabitant in Chibi,Hubei Province as the research subjects,using different research approaches such as comparative analysis,statistical description and Empirical analysis.Based on the statistical data on living expenses of rural inhabitants in Chibi during 11 years from 2005 to 2015,we analyzed the basic condition and changing tendency of the consumption pattern of rural inhabitant.In search of the consumption expenditure of rural residents,we studied the changes degree of the consumption structure of rural residents.At the same time,through comparative analysis of relevant data,we try to find the proper consumption condition and also bring up reliable basis to current problems.According to our study,we have found that the influence cause by income,consumption environment,expense concept,custom of rural residents as well as the national policy about agriculture,countryside and farmers.We also found that the consumption level of farmers is low,and the income gap between urban and rural areas is widening;the level of consumption structure is low and the development is lagging behind;meanwhile the burden of social human consumption is increasing.What's more,rural social security system is not perfect and the infrastructure needs to be further improved.Ultimately we propose some corresponding countermeasures:develop the rural economy and increase the income level of residents;accelerate the transformation,upgrading of the industrial structure and promote the upgrading of the consumer structure.set up correct consumption concept and guide rural residents to consume rationally;improve the rural social security system,strengthen the rural residents' consumption confidence;strengthen the rural infrastructure construction,improve the rural consumption environment. |
