The consumption activity is our most basic human survival and development of socialactivities. What we consumed, are both decided by our concept of consumption. At presentmore than60percent of the population of the whole country is the population of countryside.The inadequate consumption of the rural inhabitants is the main reason for the deficient inconsumption and promotes the rural demand. It should be the most effective way to expandthe domestic demand. With the social productive forces and science and technologydevelopment, the consumption concept of the rural inhabitants is continually changing anddeveloping. It is not only important to their own development, but also to expand domestic todevelop the urban economic.This thesis is guided under Marxism consumption concept theory and based onconsumption demand of the overseas and domestic research status, analysis that areunreasonable generalizing concepts of the rural inhabitants, such as highly savings, realistic,valuing children and extravagance and waste. It is also non-effective on their consumptiontendency expansion. The reflective factors of the rural inhabitants are carried out in order toconduce and promote peasants’ consumption concept in reason.It is drawn a conclusion that: Reasonable consumption should be on the basis ofMarxism consumption concept.We should improve the rural inhabitants though scientificculture quality and abandon the traditional concept of consumption. Rural inhabitants’consumption ability should be enhanced though their income increased. Rural inhabitants’spirit consumption should be rich by building a new type of rural residents’ consumptionmodel. We should establish rural private micro-finance services in order to update theconsumption confidence of rural inhabitant. By optimizing the rural consumption and makinguse of the media environment, the rural inhabitants’ consumption would be furthertransformed.
