With the advent of closures in 2015,the traditional retail sales represented by department stores and supermarkets were greatly impacted,and they continued to transform and upgrade to find a way out.However,in the new era of economic development,consumer demand is constantly upgrading,along with the Internet +,the prosperity and development of the third party payment and online fusion,the continuous improvement of the logistics system,the way to distinguish retail enterprises have is not a simple difference between electronic commerce and the traditional retail.Operating Consumption upgrade and business model promote each other,the retail industry welcomed the development of all channels,namely the new retail era,it with the help of the Internet,relying on online integration and logistics support,formed the entire marketing.In this process,traditional retail gradually takes advantage of its own advantages to transform and upgrade the situation,instead of blindly turning to e-commerce.The paper is devoted to the research on the influencing factors of the transformation and upgrading of traditional retail industry in this context,to explore the influencing factors and their effects,and based on this,some management enlightenments are obtained.First,on the basis of influence factors about enterprise transformation and upgrading as well as the development of the retail industry induce the influence factors of the transformation and upgrading of traditional retailing,represented by department stores and supermarkets,refer to business environment,enterprise strength,corporate culture,business model and consumer behavior five aspects,select three dimensions: the short-term profits,long-term scale,social and ecological benefits evaluation,and then based on this,the structural equation model of traditional retail transformation and upgrading is constructed.Then,through the questionnaire survey data,use AMOS to get path coefficient and analysis path coefficient comparison,discover business model is very important for the transformation andupgrading of traditional retail,the enterprise strength and the enterprise culture is important for the transformation and upgrading of traditional retail,business environment and consumer behavior is general important to the transformation and upgrading of traditional retail general.Finally,combined with the development status of traditional retail,this paper puts forward a systematic management enlightenment,which is to improve the status of industrial chain and optimize product structure;promote online and offline integration and strive for new retail;strengthen enterprise strength,give play to human resource advantage;attach importance to enterprise culture,build brand awareness and innovation concept;meet the market demand and win multi-party support;enhance customer experience and improve customer satisfaction;leverage social marketing and data marketing,Take the lead in the market.The emphasis is on improving experience value and creating new retail.
