Traditional retail business performance is constantly suffer from the huge challenge of e-commerce enterprises, therefore it is high time that they were transformed into O2O online collaborative development of the modern retail enterprises. In this process, the traditional retail enterprises to innovative profit model objectively, change the past traditional into the sales price, the cost of access and independent brands, single profit model, on the one hand enrich and develop and adhere to their traditional strengths, continue to maintain and innovate the traditional profit model in the resource advantage foundation; on the other hand, and the need to further expand the online business model, profit model and innovative online. Finally, the effective integration of online and offline profit model. Therefore, the traditional retail industry must re positioning strategy, and implement the strategic deployment of the necessary.In summary, in the present stage, in a variety of emerging Internet retail e-commerce model, the future will have a huge space for development and market potential. It can be predicted, in the future, online and offline cooperative development or O2O mode will become the mainstream of the retail business model in the future.In view of this, with a systematic way of thinking and a deep research of the present situation of the traditional retail profit model, this thesis systematically puts forward the transformation strategy of the traditional retail’s profit model with the development of the internet. Specifically speaking:First of all, this thesis gives a systematic statement of the concept of the traditional retail industry and e-commerce retail. Through literature review, the thesis finds out the differences of the retail profit model in online and offline environment. At the same time, the SWOT analysis method is also adopted to give a detailed analysis and summary of the current situation of the traditional retail enterprise.Secondly, with the suggestions given by the information mentor, experts and according to the forward-looking, adaptability, representative and operability principles, this thesis adopted both the qualitative and quantitative analysis method and systematically puts forward the theory model of the traditional retail enterprise profit model of transformation and innovation, including 23 measuring variables and the five dimensions of assessment model which influence the retail enterprise profit model.Secondly,the investigation and questionnaire survey of the research paper is designed and carried out in accordance with the model and five-point scale method of Likert. and the industry and post. The results of the questionnaire survey are summarized through the investigation and research of the respondents shopping habits in daily life, which increases the practical significance of the analysis and research. With the AHP analysis method, the each measurement variable weights and sorting are given, which gives a clear understanding of the influential factors of the retail enterprise profit model. The conclusions are drawn based on what is mentioned above.Finally, this thesis puts forward the strategy and suggestion development in view of the traditional retail enterprise online collaborative development through the case analysis of Suning O2O profit model and the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of various aspects of business strategy OF Suning O2O model. This thesis also explores the new thinking and model of the transformation and upgrading of the traditional retail enterprise online collaborative development through the study on the coordinated development of Suning online business model, which provides a case model for the transformation and upgrading of traditional retail enterprise in China online collaborative developmentAll in all,combined with concrete analysis of the cases, with the useful analysis tools, this thesis is based on theoretical analysis the conclusion drawn here is of significance as it provides reference for the transformation and upgrading of the traditional retail enterprises in our country in the future online collaborative development.
