In order to solve the problem of agriculture,rural and peasant farmers,we need to combine the rural and urban areas and promote the urbanization innovation and construction process.The development of the agriculture industry,the improvement in the rural landscape,the increase in farmer's incomes,all require the support of science and technology.The only way to develop agriculture is to raise the level of agricultural technology,and to achieve the use of agricultural technology in the service of agricultural technology promoters,it's a force that has been taught to farmers,and to help the farmers increase the increase in production.Therefore,to further promote agricultural extension service team work is helpful to the improvement of the system at the grass-roots level,this is also the Chinese modern agriculture in the present and the future is very important of a work task.In this paper,the data and data of the construction of agricultural promotion team are obtained through the methods of literature research,investigation and interview,and the statistical analysis method is adopted to study the construction of the agricultural promotion team,and the problems existing in the construction of the agricultural promotion team in the county of Qian xi are obtained,and the development status of the agricultural promotion team in the county is analyzed,and the successful experience of the construction of agricultural promotion teams at home and abroad is further studied.Finally,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of the agricultural promotion team in the county,and puts forward some measures to meet the development of the agricultural promotion team in the county in accordance with the gradual adjustment of the institutional configuration,the further improvement of the management system,the gradual increase of the government input,and the deep improvement of the personnel quality.
