Research On The Influence Of Factor Agglomeration To China's Green Total Factor Productivity

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved a "miracle growth".However,the speed of China's economic growth has slowed down since 2012,the negative impact of the stimulus plan in 2008 lead to this to some extent,while the more important reason is the decline in both the growth of human capital and total factor productivity.In October 18,2017,the nineteen major report of the Communist Party of China firstly proposed "increase the total factor productivity",indicating that the total factor productivity(TFP)is an important driving factor for the establishment of a modern economic system and the realization of the sustainable economic development.The level of green total factor productivity is an important index to measure the quality of economic development.By setting up an input-output index system which considers resource constraints,this paper calculates and compares the technical efficiency and green total productivity of 30 provinces in China in a period from 2000 to 2015 with the method of stochastic frontier analysis which is a parameter method.Besides,we analyze the influencing factors of TFP with the technology inefficient regression model.The result shows that:?since 2000,the green technical efficiency of China has achieved a rise,but the its average value is only 46.3%,indicating that the level of green technical efficiency in China is relatively low;?China's green total factor productivity shows a downward trend.the Western technology progress has a comparative advantage,while the central region has a large advantage in technical efficiency.However,both the technological efficiency and technological progress growth rate in the eastern region are lower compared to the other two regions,maybe because the development of eastern region has already reached the "bottleneck" stage;?The influence of the factor agglomeration on the green total productivity mainly has three aspects:realizing the scale economy,promoting regional innovation and optimizing the allocation of resources.To be specific,technological innovation,human capital and industrial structure have a positive impact to GTFP,while the endowment structure gives a negative effect on GTFP.Therefore,the upgrading of industrial structure can obviously improve the GTFP;?The promotion of green full productivity can be implemented by the there methods enhancing human capital,improving the quality of urbanization and promoting the integration of new technologies and traditional fields.
