Research On Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity And Influential Factors Of Heilongjiang Province

In modern society,we advocate the protection of ecological and healthy consumption in the world,only the positive development of green agriculture,we can better protect the environment and realize ecological civilization.People's intensive consumption idea to strengthen the ecological protection and health,is closely related to the people living green agriculture to get promoted.Superior geographical factors make agriculture in Heilongjiang province has developed rapidly,drive the province formed the structure,dimensions,export-oriented type and characteristics of green agricultural economy.But years of unreasonable farming to make agricultural production,resulting in the loss of black soil,fertility decline,environmental pollution and other issues.Therefore,how to use scientific and technological progress and the configuration of production factors to improve the efficiency of agricultural production,guide the traditional mode to the modern green agricultural development,agricultural development has very important practical significance.In view of this,this paper is to green agricultural total factor productivity as the research object,the first system combed the related literature at home and abroad,the paper involves some important concepts and relevant theory is reviewed and summarized.This paper analyzes the agricultural development situation and development prospect of Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of geographical environment,economic environment,technical capital and system.On the basis of this,the input and output variables in the agricultural production process are included in the agricultural green total factor productivity(GTFP)model of Heilongjiang Province from 1992 to 2013.After analyzing the traditional input factor productivity(TFP),Technical efficiency hasdeclined in technical efficiency between GTFP and TFP,but the downward trend in technological efficiency and the trend of technological progress have been mitigated after the inclusion of the environment,meaning that the use of traditional production factors in terms of agricultural production The efficiency of the use of environmental factors is not significantly different,we can see that increasing the input of environmental factors than the increase in the traditional elements of the agricultural production in Heilongjiang Province,the greater the impact of productivity.Finally,put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to better practice in Heilongjiang province ecological civilization concept,promote the development of green agriculture to provide necessary data support and policy reference.
