With the rapid development of the internet recruitment industry, there are quantities of recruitment websites coming out, which contains great business opportunities. However, most of the recruitment websites have user experience which obstructs their further development. The present research was aimed at making suggestions for improving the user experience of the recruitment websites in order to enhance the competitiveness of the recruitment websites. This study set up the model of user experience of the recruitment websites based on literature combing and the talks with the users of recruitment websites and then set up 10 hypotheses. This model was compounded by five factors, which is information, interaction manipulation, visual design, emotion feeling and user experience. Based on the model, we formulated a questionnaire of user experience of the recruitment websites by referring to authoritative questionnaires of user experience, and then validated this questionnaire by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory analysis. Then, we collected 303 valid data after gaving out the questionnaires. To confirm the model and the hypotheses, we used structural equation modeling to analyze these data in Amos21.Major findings show that the designers of the recruitment websites were expected to improve the quality of information and interaction manipulation. Next, the designers should try to the users' emotion feeling at the foundation of information amd interaction manipulation. At last, this study hadn't found out that visual design has devisive effect to the user experience, so we suggested positioning it as an auxilliary factor serving for other factors.
