Research On The Competitiveness Of Gansu Logistics Industry Cluster

Based on the theory of industrial cluster competitiveness,life cycle and synergy,this paper takes the logistics agglomeration area of Gansu Province as the research object,and based on relevant logistics data from2010 to 2016,studies the competitiveness of Gansu's logistics industry clusters.Mainly starting with the construction of index system,the evaluation of industrial cluster competitiveness,and the cooperative development of industrial cluster competitiveness system,this paper constructs the AHP-EM-GRA integration model,the cluster development stage identification model based on competitiveness level(Logistic growth model)and the logistics industry cluster competitiveness system collaborative evolution model to study the level of competitiveness of the logistics industry cluster in Gansu,and puts forward policy recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of Gansu's logistics industry cluster.The research has completed the following aspects:1.The evaluation index system of the competitiveness of the logistics industry cluster is built.Based on the classical model GEM model of competitiveness assessment of industrial clusters,starting with the resources,facilities,enterprises,markets,and innovation ability,this paper carries out the initial selection of indicators,combined with the actual data of the logistics circle in Gansu Province to re-screen theindicators,and finally builds the logistics industry cluster competitiveness evaluation index system.2.The AHP-EM-GRA integrated model for the evaluation of the competitiveness of logistics industry clusters based on game theory is built.This model can be used to comprehensively evaluate the competitiveness of logistics industry clusters.This paper uses the model to conduct empirical research on the competitiveness of logistics clusters in Gansu Province.3.The competitiveness of logistics industry clusters in Gansu based on cooperative development is researched.In order to improve competitiveness,this paper studies from two perspectives: First,Introducing the Logistic model and using the competitiveness level as a characteristic index,this paper proposes the criteria for the development stage of the logistics industry cluster based on the competitiveness level,and quantitatively identifies the growth stage of the life cycle of each logistics circle cluster.Second,combining synergies and other related theories,this paper constructs a collaborative evolutionary model of the logistics industry cluster competitiveness system,and empirically analyzes the co-evolutionary process of the internal resources of each logistics circle cluster in Gansu Province.4.The countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of Gansu logistics industry cluster are researched.Based on the conclusions of thestudy,starting from the main characteristics of the competitiveness of logistics personnel,logistics parks,enterprises,markets,and innovation capabilities,the policy recommendations for improving the competitiveness of Gansu's logistics industry clusters are proposed.
