Along with the rapid development of Dalian's economy and the rapid growth of motor vehicles,especially private cars,Dalian core urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.With the planning guidelines extension to West and north,the layout of urban development changes,urban region space is continue to expand and public transport facilities is insufficient.It becomes the first choice of Dalian traffic planning to develop modern rail.However,there are many problems in the current Dalian rail transit system,which restricts the development of urban rail transit.Taking Dalian metro lines 1 and 2 as example,the thesis analyzes the influence factors of Dalian urban rail transit operation management,puts forward reform proposals in view of the existing problems,which promotes Dalian urban rail transit operation management efficiency,and provides some reference for the Dalian planning metro lines,even other cities rail transit operation management.Starting from the basic theory of public goods theory,externality theory and scale economic benefit,the thesis studies the economic property of urban rail transit,and makes comments to the research status of domestic and foreign urban rail transit operation management.With detailed introduction of domestic and foreign typical urban rail transit operation and management mode,the thesis analysis the pattern of Dalian urban rail transit operation and management,then analysis the existing problems,and points out the possibility of operation mode reforming.Based on the analysis of the ticket price making method and the ticket system,combined with the Dalian metro operation data,the fare ticket system of Metro Line 2 is established,and its feasibility is demonstrated.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the passenger flow in different periods of urban rail transit,the unbalanced passenger flow in both space and time in Dalian metro is analyzed.Through analysis of typical city government subsidy situation,the thesis puts forward the government subsidies incentive model.At the same time,the Hong Kong MTR resources comprehensive development strategy is studied,and taking Dalian Xinghai Square metro station as an example to analyze regional resources comprehensive development.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the current situation of Dalian metro operation management,the thesis puts forward suggestions and countermeasures on the reform of the operation management mode,the guidance of the passenger flow and the comprehensive development of resources,in order to promote the long-term sustainable development of Dalian urban rail transit.
