Study On Optimization Operation Management Of SZ Rail Transit Company

As a transportation mode that integrates the advantages of fast and convenient,safe and comfortable,green environmental protection and strong transportation capacity,urban rail transit is not only an effective weapon to solve the problems of urban traffic congestion,environmental pollution and resource shortage,but also an important infrastructure for improving urban structure and layout,optimizing urban overall planning and activating urban vitality.As the backbone of urban public transportation,urban rail transit has developed rapidly,the scale of line network and passenger flow are increasing,and the share rate in public transportation is increasing.However,with the rapid growth of rail transit,network operation problems such as lagging transportation capacity have gradually become prominent,which have made the economy and society increasingly concerned about its service quality,operation safety and efficiency,so relevant scholars have gradually realized the importance of strengthening the operation and management of urban rail transit.The operation and management of urban rail transit is complex,involving multi-discipline,multi-professional and multi-link,and has the characteristics of difficult research and development,large investment,and long recovery period.Taking SZ Rail Transit Company as the research object,this thesis analyzes the operation overview,operation structure,operation plan,operation organization management,operation equipment maintenance and other management status of its operating company by using the relevant theories of operation management and service operation management,and identifies the problems of low service quality,insufficient equipment maintenance management,poor safety management and imbalance between revenue and expenditure in SZ Rail Transit Company operation and management.Based on the above problems,this thesis analyzes the causes in depth,and combines the existing management scheme to propose that SZ Rail Transit Company needs to strengthen the planning and management of driving organization,strengthen the guarantee of passenger transport organization,and improve the intelligent level of operation organization in terms of operation services.In terms of operation equipment maintenance management,it is necessary to strengthen the training and management of maintenance personnel,optimize the maintenance management process,and improve maintenance technology;In terms of operational safety control and control,it is necessary to improve the safety management system,consolidate the implementation of safety responsibilities,improve the investigation and governance of hidden dangers,strengthen the control of key operations,and strengthen the publicity of safety culture;In terms of operating revenue and expenditure,it is necessary to enhance the awareness of cost management,attract passenger flow,expand operating income,deepen management,and promote cost control management optimization plan.In addition,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the management optimization plan,relevant implementation safeguard measures are proposed from three directions: organizational guarantee,system guarantee and collaborative guarantee.In order to further improve the quality of operation services,improve equipment maintenance management,strengthen safety control and improve operation revenue and expenditure,solve the focus problems faced by SZ rail transit Company in the current operation process,establish the advantages of sustainable development with its own characteristics,and better achieve the balance between social benefits and economic benefits,and also provide certain references for rail transit operation and management in other cities in China.
