With the increasingly fierce market competition,product quality has become one of the key factors to win in the enterprise,and Taguchi method is to solve the problem of product quality is a simple and practical method.The main idea of Taguch's approach is to solve the problem of quality problems in parameter optimization design,not quality inspection.The orthogonal design,loss function and signal to noise ratio in the Taguchi method are used to parameter design,which can save time and cost.After years of theoretical and applied research,the researchers have summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the Taguchi method,which points out that there are shortcomings in the general formula of the three different quality properties of the signal to noise ratio,which ignored some of the basic information of the response data when calculating.The improvement of the method from the quality of the original definition that the product quality characteristics of the value of the closer to the target value of the better and the smaller the better,applied to Taguchi orthogonal test design response quality characteristics of the request is the test response data requirements that the mean of the value of the closer to the target value is better and the standard deviation is as small as possible,and then the mean value and the standard deviation are analyzed respectively,and then the response values of different factors at different levels are obtained respectively.Then,by referring to the approximation ideal method in the multiresponse data processing method mean square error of the mean and standard deviation is proposed to replace the signal to noise ratio.In this paper,the excel is optimized for the whole analysis process,and the optimal factor level combination and the main factor are obtained.The specific product parameter optimization can be divided into single response parameter optimization and multiresponse parameter optimization.Single response parameter optimization and improvement of the specific steps in the taguchi method after the response value of the mean and standard deviation treatment,respectively,the main cause of analysis,and then the mean square error calculation,the final selection of the optimal combination of parameters and the main factor;multiresponse parameters optimization and improvement are to obtain the response value of taguchi method after the multiresponse data.Then,the mean and standard deviation treatments are carried out,and then the main factor analysis and mean square error calculation are carried out Finally,the optimal parameter level combination and main actor.Through the improved of signal to noise ratio of taguchi method is compared with that of the original taguchi method,it show that the main factor results of the improved taguchi parameters are better than those of the original taguchi parameters The results are more comprehensive and more effective.This article through the mean and standard deviation based on the parameters of optimization can make people understand and deepen the understanding of the nature of quality,easy to understand the quality of the product to the specific embodiment.
