The research of product key quality characteristics recognition becomes more and more popular, and is a hot issue of product quality control. This paper analyzes the background and significance of product key quality characteristics research, and use Mahalanobis-Taguchi system way to solve the problem.This thesis shows the use of Mahalanobis-Taguchi system in practical application, through a case study of F bearing's product key quality characteristics recognition in JD Company. The thesis introduces the study background, present research situation and frameworks in the first chapter. The Mahalanobis-Taguchi system is introduced in the second chapter, including the basic theory, application steps, features, application and so on. The third chapter is the basic theory of product key quality characteristics recognition, including product introduction, the basic methodology and contents of product key quality characteristics and product key quality characteristics recognition. The fourth chapter introduces the Mahalanobis-Taguchi system used in the F bearing's product key quality characteristics recognition process. The thesis gives the detailed description of the Mahalanobis-Taguchi system process in this practical application and also the practical summary. The last chapter is the summary and outlook. After the review of the full article, the thesis gives us a reasonable outlook of Mahalanobis-Taguchi system in the practical application field.This thesis vividly introduces processes of Mahalanobis-Taguchi system applied to product key quality recognition. It achieves some research results, but also points out the defects and the future research of the paper plays a part on research of Mahalanobis-Taguchi system.
