Since China's securities market is still relatively premature,the relevant aspects are not perfect,serious negligence of the protection of investors' rights and interests is prevail,which damages the rights and interests of the securities investors.The related theories,concepts and the status quo of academic research will be explained firstly.Then in retrospect of its mechanism development course,the problems and causes of our securities investors' government protection will be analyzed.It believes that it is our protection mechanism mainly relying on the traditional ways of government regulators,financing access and all-round regulation that causes government dislocation,the shortage of organizational guarantee for social participating protection as well as the lack of public remedy when investors' rights are injured.Consequently it comes to the common issues such as high financing functions with low investing values,the monopoly in market competition,the asymmetric market information,the unimplemented delisting systems,long-term shady deals and narrow protecting area.By analyzing the causes and drawing experience from overseas securities investors'rights protection,this article explores robust countermeasures for government protection mechanism.It must reform and improve to establish the new multilevel mechanism,in which the government leads the systems,decisions,supervision and law enforcement,the government-authorized social organizations and financial intermediaries take responsibilities for investors' rights,and investors proactively make self-protections supported by the nation and the governments,to fully and soundly protect investors rights,strengthen the market's public support basis and promote the market boom.
