In the new era,our party and country,the masses of the people have put forward higher demands on the livelihood security.As a stabilizer of society,unemployment insurance is particularly important in maintaining social fairness and justice in the process of development.This paper,taking the business of Xiangtan unemployment insurance as the research object,describes the related concepts of unemployment insurance,introduces the relevant theories of unemployment insurance,and the relevant laws and regulations and policies of unemployment insurance at present,and expounds the development of unemployment insurance system in Xiangtan.This paper mainly introduces the operation situation of unemployment insurance system in Xiangtan,refines the achievements and experiences gained in the process of unemployment insurance business in Xiangtan,and combines the practice to evaluate the effect of several new policies on unemployment insurance issued by the Human society department in recent years.This paper points out the problems existing in the current unemployment insurance from the perspective of the management and system,and analyzes the causes of the problems in the operation of the unemployment insurance system in Xiangtan,and puts forward the feasible suggestions according to the corresponding problems.
