Unemployment Insurance System Is Running

Unemployment is an inevitable phenomenon during the existence and development of marketing economy. Laborer will lost salary of every month because of unemployment. Their quality of life will be affected, and even they may fall into poor condition. Because of unemployment, the skill and conscious activity of labourer can not be developed. This is a waste of social resource, the normal development of society will be affected, stability of social order will be affected too. So how to develop the effective function of unemployment insurance system through promoting the system design, how to reduce the negative impact of unemployment maximally and how to boost employment effectively become an important target of government of every country. The unemployment insurance system of China has more than twenty years history until now. It has played an important part in solving the unemployment problem of special period and insuring the basic life of unemployed men. The effective development of function of unemployment insurance system of China will affect the social stability of China, will affect the socialist modern construction of China and will affect the construction of harmony society. So, Chinese government always pays more attention to the construction and development of social security. Along with Chinese government puts into more financial supporting and attention , the function and system design of unemployment insurance system will be more perfect.Yunnan province is one of the most important provinces in Xinan area in China. The regulation of Yunnan enterprise staff of 1997 was the symbol of the construction of Yunnan unemployment insurance system. Yunnan unemployment insurance system is in good condition through improvement, but there still are many problems. For example: the practical coverage area is not enough, the level of unemployment insurance is low and the scale of foundation is minor. So in my thesis, I will start with the developing process of the unemployment insurance system of China and Yunnan province. Then I will analyze the basic situation of employed of Yunnan province and analyze the basic situation of participate insurance and insurance level, analyze the using situation of insurance foundation and analyze the problem of the system. I will analyze the unemployment insurance system of some developed countries such as America, England and Japan. I will draw lessens from the advantages and measures of employment promotion of the unemployment insurance system of these countries. At last, I will raise corresponding suggestions according to the advantages of system of developed countries. I hope that the suggestions will be useful in solving the problems of the unemployment insurance system of Yunnan province and will be useful in perfecting the foundation of the system.m...
