In recent years,with the development of Internet technology,the new production mode,consumption mode and business operation mode brought by the shared economy are becoming the trend of global economic development.The shared business mode is characterized by low cost,fast deployment,strong flexibility and high return on capital investment,which has become the goal and transformation direction of modern enterprises.The new Internet companies use Internet plus,big data,sharing economy business thinking cross the traditional industry with great success,devouring the traditional enterprise market share,the traditional enterprise is facing enormous pressure and challenges.However,the traditional business of Internet plus,shared understanding of the economy is not thorough,even using the concept of fuzzy,it is difficult to be handy.Therefore,how to make full use of Internet technology and transform business models under the background of shared economy and innovate marketing methods and means are important tasks for traditional enterprises.This paper focuses on the marketing strategy of ZN leasing company under the background of shared economy.First,based on a deep understanding of the connotation of the shared economy,the essential characteristics of the 020 mode under the shared economy and the relevant points of marketing theory,a theoretical framework for the marketing strategy of ZN company under the background of shared economy is constructed.Then,it analyzes the macro marketing environment,industry competition environment,internal marketing environment and existing marketing strategies of ZN company,providing a realistic basis for ZN company's marketing strategy optimization design.Finally,according to the theory of the framework,combined with the actual situation of ZN company,sharing Optimization Marketing Strategy under the economic background for ZN design,optimization scheme includes five modules:one is the overall operation of the marketing strategy;two is the aerial vehicle use rights sharing strategy based on 4C;three is the store operation 4R is the 41 four platform strategy;strategy of Internet sharing;five is the guarantee of marketing strategy implementation measures.This article is a specific case study of ZN company,which has important practical significance for ZN company.The research methods and research ideas are also applicable to other similar enterprises,which has certain theoretical reference value.
