Research On The Business Model Of OFO Shared Bicycle

The rapid development of O2O platform has promoted the development of shared economy mode.As the core of the shared economic model,leasing is an effective connection between users and users in a low cost way to realize the sharing of resources.Single car sharing is an important case of the development of the shared economic model.With the rapid development of China's mobile Internet and the large-scale application of smart phones,it provides hardware and software support for the O2O platform.Today,sharing a single car is making low carbon travel a kind of custom,such a shared bike is becoming a new choice for a lot of short travel and solving the last kilometer problem.Therefore,exploring the business model of sharing a single car helps people to better understand the 020 share of the economic business model and improve the O2O sharing economy.The depth of business development will provide new ideas for the future development of shared economy.This article selects the ofo shared bicycle as the research object,takes the shared economy as the theoretical basis of the research,and introduces the Metcalf's law theory,the value network theory,the bilateral market theory and other commercial theories.Then from the market status,marketing mode,operation mode and growth expectation,this paper analyzes the operating status of ofo sharing single car,and uses the PEST analysis model from four environments of policy,economy,society and technology to analyze the existing competitors,the potential competitors,the substitutes' threat and the buyer by using the Potter five force model.In the bargaining power and the bargaining power of the supplier,the market environment of ofo sharing single car is analyzed by two models.Then the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the market of ofo sharing single car,and a series of problems and challenges are found in the ofo shared single car business model,and the single car business model is shared with ofo.It puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions,and affirms the business value of ofo sharing bicycles.It is hoped that this article will provide more abundant material and reference for the research results of rich and shared economic and commercial models,and then provide theoretical guidance for the sharing of commercial platform for ofo sharing and other industries.
