In recent years,China has begun to raise the employment pattern of labor dispatch.When enterprises choose to dispatch labor,it is first to control the cost of the enterprise.In some large and medium-sized enterprises in China,this mode of employment is very extensive.Xiangtan's Company A is a veteran state-owned enterprise.Company A has also carried out some labor dispatching modes in employment,which can fully reduce the company's labor costs and reduce labor disputes.This is very helpful to the company's operations.of.This article mainly analyzes the employment pattern of company A,analyzes the labor dispatch of company A in the labor assignment definition of labor dispatch and the corresponding basic theory of performance assessment,and understands the performance assessment of company A,etc.Based on the specific analysis of the current problems of A company,the corresponding suggestions are proposed.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)The existing problems of Company A mainly include the existing performance appraisal system that does not meet 'the requirements for the job evaluation of Company A's labor dispatch staff,and cannot have specific and quantifiable assessment indicators,and the main body of the assessment is very Singleness,and the phenomenon of unilateral evaluation during the assessment process,which is not conducive to good communication between employees and the leadership,and is not conducive to the flow of information between companies,such assessment can not truly reflect the problem effectively,assessment The results are also inaccurate.This will cause employees to feel unfair,which is detrimental to the company's employees' enthusiasm for the work,resulting in a series of problems such as low work efficiency.(2)To solve these problems,we used a 360-degree performance appraisal management method to reconstruct the assessment system,thus providing reasonable solutions to these issues.In order to be able to solve problems in a comprehensive manner,it is necessary to reform the company's system as a whole,including the corporate culture and organization of the company.
