Under the background of the rapid development of the market economy,The organization form of strategic alliance enterprise is more concerned by the enterprise which is resource sharing and knowledge learning.The distance between organizational technology distance and organizational social distance between strategic alliance enterprises directly affects the knowledge flow within the alliance and the emergence of enterprise's radical innovations.The joint actions of close cooperation between enterprises and their own knowledge protection capabilities affect the efficiency of knowledge flow between different organizations and the success of radical innovation.Therefore,it is clear that the organizational distance between strategic alliances(technical distance and social distance),knowledge flow(knowledge acquisition and knowledge leakage),joint actions,and knowledge protection capabilities will have an impact on the enterprise's radical innovation,which will help enterprises continuously realize their new radical.Firstly,in this paper based on combing the domestic and foreign research literature,It defines and analyzes the related theories and concepts of technological distance dimension and social distance dimension of strategic alliance enterprise organization distance,knowledge acquisition dimension and knowledge leakage dimension of knowledge flow,and radical innovation,joint action,and knowledge protection ability.Secondly,presenting hypotheses based on exploring the relationship between technology distance,social distance and knowledge acquisition,knowledge leakage and radical innovation respectively,and establishing a conceptual model of the coexistence of co-existence of mediation and mediating regulatory variables with joint actions and knowledge protection capabilities as regulatory variables.Then,the hypothesis is verified by designing a questionnaire,data collection,and multivariate statistical analysis.Finally,the paper analyzes the test results and puts forward the enlightenment of this paper to the enterprise management practices of strategic alliances and the research prospects of this paper.The results of the research show that:(1)The distance between the strategic alliance enterprise's organizational technology distance and the organization's social distance all have a positive impact on the enterprise's radical innovation;(2)The distance between technology alliances and the distance between organizations in strategic alliances has a positive impact on knowledge acquisition,and has a negative impact on knowledge leakage;(3)Knowledge acquisition has a positive impact on the enterprise's radical innovation,and knowledge leakage has a negative impact on the enterprise's radical innovation;(4)Knowledge acquisition and knowledge leakage among enterprises play a partial intermediary role in organizational technology distance,organizational social distance and radical innovation;(5)joint actions among enterprises play a positive regulatory role in the organization of technical distances and organizational social distances and knowledge acquisition and knowledge leakage,and have no significant effect on the regulation of organizational social distance and knowledge leakage;(6)The knowledge protection capabilities of enterprises play a negative regulatory role between knowledge leakage and corporate radical innovation.The regulatory role played between knowledge acquisition and corporate radical innovation is not significant.
