Research On The Eva Luation Model Of Tourism Denelopment Potential In County Scale

Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of social economy and the improvement of national living standards,whether it is from the national level or from the development of tourism experience satisfaction point of view,the single sightseeing tourism development model can not meet the current social needs of tourists and tourism development.In this context,after several years of pilot experiments,the National Tourism Administration formally proposed the development model of "global tourism" in 2016."Global tourism" requires tourism decision-makers to understand and develop tourism industry from the perspective of new resources,products,industry and market,which opens up a brand new development path for the current tourism development.On the basis of the establishment of the "global tourism" development mode,the National Tourism Administration has identified 500 "global tourism demonstration area creation units" in the whole country.In order to cooperate with the establishment of the demonstration area,the National Tourism Administration has issued the acceptance criteria of the global tourism demonstration area.Global tourism like a raging fire in the nationwide,500 global tourism demonstration area to create units to the province,autonomous regions and municipalities,county and county-level city,to go,for the evaluation of units to create global tourism demonstration area although the National Tourism Administration issued the "supporting the global tourism demonstration zone acceptance criteria".However,for which units are suitable for the establishment of the global tourism demonstration area and which units are not suitable for the establishment of the global tourism demonstration area,the evaluation system for the potential of the global tourism development is still blank in the early stage of the establishment of the global tourism demonstration area.Under this background,this paper tries to build a set of evaluation system for the potential of global tourism development from the county scale,and applies the constructed evaluation to the evaluation of the whole tourism development potential of four districts under the jurisdiction of Jinhua,and draws the conclusion of evaluation.This paper first analyzes the background of the whole domain tourism,and then combs the development process of the whole domain tourism from multi point trial to the national promotion.In the domestic scholars on the review of global tourism research,this paper attempts to redefine the concept of global tourism,the global tourism as tourism resources in the rich region,with tourism as the dominant industry,through multi sectoral concerted efforts,in the process of tourism development,focus on the whole panorama when the whole industry,national tourism development model,a new collaborative development model and development of the concept of the final realization of the tourism destination industry integration,infrastructure,urban and rural development,sharing of results.As one of the few global tourism evaluation contents in China,the National Tourism Administration's "acceptance standard of the global tourism demonstration area" has become an important interpretation reference for constructing the global tourism evaluation system at county scale.Through the interpretation of the standard,the article draws a conclusion that the National Tourism Administration in which focus on the acceptance of the global tourism demonstration area and emphasizes the comparative advantage index,combined with the development of the tourism industry and the county scale reflects the analysis of global tourism development potential,the global tourism development potential evaluation index at county scale in the paper.Based on literature review,questionnaire survey and expert consultation,the analytic hierarchy process is applied to divide the evaluation index of tourism potential in the county scale into 4 criteria and 17 indicators:resource distribution,industrial convergence,market vitality and supporting support.By using AHP to analyze the weight of the specific indicators of the criterion level and index level,we get the weight of each index in the total target,and then build the evaluation system of the tourism potential of the whole area at county scale.Among the four evaluation factors in the criteria layer,the proportion of resource distribution was the highest(0.325),followed by market vitality(0.265),and industrial integration ranked third(0.240),with the lowest supporting support(0.180).Papers to arrive at county scale whole tourism development potential evaluation system based on the field of wu,but area,jinhua city of jinhua city economic and technological development zones and kinkazan tourism economic zone four units at the county level of the whole tourism development potential evaluation domain,including kinkazan global tourism economic zone and wu city tourism development potential is good,suitable for creating global tourism demonstration area,but area and jinhua economic and technological development zone of global tourism development potential is poorer,temporarily doesn't suit to create global tourism demonstration area,and puts forward corresponding to the problems existing in the evaluation opinions.
