An Empirical Study On The Resource Allocation Efficiency Of Industrial Enterprises In The Process Of The Integration Of Industrialization And Information

In recent years,China is vigorously promoting the integration of informationization and industrialization,which is a major step in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and accelerating the transformation of economic development mode.However,in the process of promoting the integration,some enterprises will have insufficient resource investment and low allocation efficiency.Therefore,how to improve the resource allocation efficiency of the two integration of enterprises has become an important issue to promote the integration of the two sides.This article first from the fusion of the two resources allocation efficiency of the literature research,moreover this paper introduced and analyzed in the efficiency of the allocation of resources at home and abroad related research status,then the efficiency,two fusion related theories are reviewed,and then to our country industrial enterprise the two combination of current situation and existing problems are described and analyzed.On this basis,this paper selects the input and output indexes from the aspects of the foundation construction,competitiveness and economic and social benefits of the integration,and constructs the DEA model.For other influence factors not included in the DEA model to build the Tobit regression model,then to industrial enterprises in anhui province two fusion actual data to do empirical study,for the fusion of two resource allocation efficiency and influential factors were calculated.Study found:(1)from the point of the empirical analysis results,35% of the enterprises in the comprehensive efficiency DEA effective state,further research shows that the enterprise comprehensive efficiency invalid reason is mainly due to the scale efficiency is invalid and 41% state of increasing returns to scale of enterprise,the provincial industrial enterprise of resources is low.(2)from the perspective of projection analysis,the enterprises with inefficient DEA efficiency should pay attention to the improvement of organizational planning and information resource index.(3)cross efficiency DEA model results show that 81.2% of the enterprise two fusion for difference and general resource allocation efficiency evaluation,from the two fusion of the construction of the actual situation of resource allocation efficiency.(4)the regression results of Tobit model show that the two integration construction of industrial enterprises should pay more attention to the informatization of r&d design,informatization of production management and informatization of production and manufacturing.In addition,the integration efficiency of private enterprises is higher than that of state-owned enterprises,and the scale of enterprises has no significant impact on the integration of industrial enterprises.
