A Theoritical And Practical Probe Into The Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization

The integration of informatization and industrialization is the trend of world economic development. Chinese government stated clearly in the Party's seventeenth conference report that modern industrial system should be developed, the integration of informatization and industrialization should be promoted and that industry should be changed from a big one to strong one. The great decision that the integration of informatization and industrialization should be fully promoted and the informatization in all fields of economy and society should be promoted was also made in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan. Afterwards, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other departments jiontly issued some opinions on the promotion of the integration of informatization and industrialization, which further raises the need to promote the integration of informatization and industrialization. To earnestly promote the integration of informatization and industrialization is the inevitable choice to undertake new industrial road and to develop modern industrial system. It is also an internal requirement and important measures to achieve the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and to change the economic growth parttern.The thesis consists of the following parts. Part one discusses the general trend of the integration of informatization and industrialization home and aboard. Experiences of certain countries are summed up and the promotion of the the integration of informatization and industrialization is the inevitable choice and urgent issue is pointed out. Part two discusses the basic theories for integration of informatization and industrialization, which includes the relationship between informatization and industrialization,the connotation, mechanism,mode and model for the integration of informatization and industrialization.Part three discusses the problem of constructing and developing modern industrial system, based on basic theories for integration of informatization and industrialization. The connotation and characteristic of modern industrial system is analyzed and the developmental principles and strategies are discussed. Part four discussed the evaluation of integration of informatization and industrialization. Objectives, requirements and principles are put forward for the evaluation. Evaluating indicator system for enterprises, industry and region respectively are anaylzed. Taking Suzhou Industrial Park as an example, part five discusses the current situation and existing problems of integration of informatization and industrialization in Suzhou Industrial Park. Countermeasures are put forward in the end.
