Research On Innovation Performance Evaluation Of Integrated Iogistics Under "Internet+"

With the "Internet +" action plan upgraded to the national level,the traditional integrated logistics has also started a new round of reform and innovation with the help of advanced Internet technologies.Correspondingly,The evaluation of integrated logistics system innovation efficiency has become an urgent issue.This paper through the combing of the research status of integrated logistics system innovation efficiency evaluation,as well as the current government on the "Internet +" form of logistics industry and integrated logistics system development policy interpretation,established an index system of evaluating the innovation efficiency of integrated logistics system under the form of "Internet +" which includes three aspects of efficiency of innovation process,efficiency of innovation output and efficiency of innovation environment,eight second-level indicators and twenty-seven third-level indicators.In order to determine the weight of the weight of each indicator,proposing triangular fuzzy numbers and their fuzzy proximity.Aiming at the fuzziness of some qualitative evaluation indexes,this article proposed the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of indicators of data fusion.Finally,select a logistics company in Anhui as a case of fuzzy evaluation,explain the rationality of the index system construction.On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions on improving the innovation efficiency of integrated logistics system in the form of "Internet +" are put forward.
