Study On The Behavior Of Farmers' Participation In The Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Changchun

Jilin Province is a big agricultural province in China.The population engaged in agricultural production is not only large but also occupies a high proportion.The stable development of agriculture occupies an important position in the work of the whole province.The development of farmers' specialized cooperatives plays an important role in improving the degree of organization of agricultural management,promoting the development of agricultural modernization,and promoting the solution of the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,so the research of farmers' specialized cooperatives is becoming more and more important.Changchun is the provincial capital of Jilin Province,and the level of agricultural development in and around the city is in the forefront of the province.It is a model area for the development of modern agriculture in Jilin Province.The development of rural professional cooperatives in Changchun will play an exemplary and leading role in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in the whole province.As the basis of the existence and development of farmers' cooperatives,their participation enthusiasm plays a vital role in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives.Only when farmers take the initiative to participate in cooperatives,can farmers' cooperatives be promoted smoothly in rural areas.Therefore,it is imperative to explore the influencing factors of farmers' participation in farmers' professional cooperative behavior.This paper is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The background and significance of this study are expounded,and related research results at home and abroad are summarized,and the research methods,research contents and technical routes are briefly explained.Chapter two is the definition of concept and theoretical basis.It mainly defines the two concepts of peasant household behavior and farmers' professional cooperative,and supports the research of this paper through the analysis of the theory of plan behavior,rational choice theory and transaction cost theory;the third chapter is the analysis of farmers' participation in farmers' professional cooperative behavior.Through the analysis of internal and external factors,the influencing factors of farmers' participation in agricultural cooperatives are obtained,and based on the theory of planning behavior,the research hypothesis of farmers' participation in farmers' professional cooperative behavior is put forward.The fourth chapter is the current situation and limiting factors of farmers' participation in farmers' professional cooperatives in Changchun.It mainly combs the current situation of farmers' participation in farmers' professional cooperatives in Changchun,and finds out the factors that restrict farmers' participation in specialized cooperatives,such as the lack of enthusiasm of farmers' participation,the lack of government support and the imperfect operating mechanism of cooperatives.The fifth chapter describes the behavior of farmers participating in farmers' cooperatives in Changchun.Mainly through the investigation data to the Changchun farmers to participate in the farmer cooperative behavior to do the objective description in order to the sixth chapter model operation calculation;the sixth chapter is the Changchun city farmer participation farmer specialized cooperative demonstration research.Based on the extended planning behavior theory,through the structural equation model and the two-classification Logistics model to analyze the investigation data,we can get the influencing factors of the farmers' participation in the farmers' professional cooperative behavior in Changchun.The seventh chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the conclusions of the fifth chapter of empirical research,the author makes some suggestions to improve the enthusiasm of farmers' participation in the farmers' professional cooperatives in Changchun.The eighth chapter is the conclusion of this paper,and the conclusion of the article is expounded.The following four conclusions are obtained based on the full text: first,farmers' participation in farmers' professional cooperative behavior is influenced by internal and external factors.Among them,internal factors mainly refer to farmers' subjective intention,which can also be called behavioral intention,which are mainly influenced by behavior attitude,subjective norms and perceptual behavior control,while external factors mainly refer to individual characteristics of farmers.Second,at this stage,there are three limiting factors of farmers' participation in farmers' professional cooperatives in Changchun: the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in farmers' professional cooperatives is not high.The operating mechanism of farmers' professional cooperatives is not perfect,and the government support is not enough.Thirdly,the decisive factor of farmers' participation in farmers' professional cooperative behavior is behavior attitude.Subjective norms and perceptual behavior control significantly affected the behavior intention of farmers to participate in farmers' professional cooperatives,but the impact on farmers' participation in farmers' professional cooperatives was not significant.The total cultivated land area and farmers' cognition of cooperatives have significant influence on the behavior of farmers' participation in farmers' specialized cooperatives,and there is a negative correlation between them.Fourth,in order to improve the enthusiasm of farmers' participation in farmers' professional cooperatives in Changchun,we can strengthen the management of farmers' professional cooperatives,improve the competitiveness of farmers' professional cooperatives,increase education and publicity,and improve the overall quality of the labor force.Strengthen government support,promote agricultural policy tilt three aspects.
