| Since the ten years of enactment of the cooperative law in 2007,the number of farmers' cooperatives in China has increased dramatically and the scale is expanding rapidly.At the end of July 2017,the national 193.3 million registered cooperatives are 74 times by the end of 2007.The annual average growth rate is over 50%;more than 100 million farmers have joined the cooperative,accounting for 46.8% of the total number of farmers in the country.It is also proved that farmer cooperatives play an irreplaceable role in improving farmers' systematization,increasing farmers' income and promoting the development of agricultural modernization.With the number of cooperatives increased sharply,the problem of member heterogeneity has surfaced.On the basis of contracted management of rural households,the voluntary joint and democratic management of mutual aid economic organizations are the basic definition of cooperatives based on the production and operation of similar farm products or the providers and users of similar agricultural production and management services.Members of the non peasant identity are not more than 20% of the total number of members.Therefore,it can be concluded that farmer is the main body of farmers' co-operatives and an important component of farmers' cooperatives,and should also be the main service object.However,due to the differences in resource endowments,participation and rights and obligations between members of cooperatives,the diversity of members' structure is not conducive to the formation of unified goals,wishes and identity.It hinders the healthy development of farmers' cooperatives.From the investigation of all cooperatives,the number of cooperatives led by small farmers is very limited.What is really more is the products that can realize the marketization and commercialization of production or marketing major.Besides,it does not rule out some rural grass-roots government cadres,agricultural enterprises in their own performance considerations or economic benefits,who also lead cooperative.At this time,the phenomenon of "The strong is the lead,the weak is attached" is common.The core members have gradually become the personified representative of the cooperative.To a certain extent,it has the decision-making power and the residual claim,the ordinary members are marginalized,and the participation degree is low,and it rarely plays a role in decision-making.At the same time,because of the heterogeneity of the initial resource endowments,the members of the co-operatives are gradually stratified.For the content of the study,based on the cooperation of Jilin Province as an example,starting from the members of the cooperative angle of heterogeneity,with a new perspective to improve the cooperative members and summarizes the heterogeneity of the new connotation,this paper explores the development of cooperatives existing problems and their causes,and uses two yuan Logistic model and DEA data envelopment analysis model.It more accurately grasps the influence degree of membership heterogeneity on the farmer's production behavior and efficiency,aiming at the existing problems.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward one by one.The specific research contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly introduces the background and research basis,research background and significance,and then read the comments according to the objectives of the study the related literature,found deficiencies in the research of other scholars and put forward their own innovation,determine the research direction according to the definite research contents research methods and technical route.The second chapter describes the current situation of the development of Jilin Province,Jilin Province,from the number of cooperatives cooperatives drive farmers,regional distribution,industry distribution,etc.the main reason for the existence of lead angle,summarizes the Jilin province cooperative problems existing in the development and analysis of the problem.The third chapter selects a variety of factors as the specific indicators of heterogeneity of cooperatives.The two yuan Logistic model is used to analyze the influence of heterogeneity of cooperatives on Farmers' production behavior.In the fourth chapter,the DEA data envelopment analysis model is used to analyze the influence of the heterogeneity of cooperative members on the efficiency of farmers' production.The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions through the analysis of the influence of heterogeneity of cooperative members on members' production behavior and efficiency,in order to contribute to the healthy development of cooperatives in Jilin province. |
