Analysis Of The Impact Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives On Farmers' Income

In recent years,the problems of "farmers","rural" and "agriculture" have become increasingly prominent with the development of China's economy.Although the No.1 document was issued successively to guide and promote the agricultural development center,due to the inherent weakness of agriculture,it is difficult to meet the needs of modern development.In the case of a change in the supply side structure of agricultural products,the excess of quantity and structure has become a new problem that the agricultural economy needs to solve.In the early 1980 s,in the early stage of the implementation of the household contract responsibility system,farmers in the southeastern coastal areas began to create convenient conditions for the sale of crops by means of farmers' professional cooperatives.By the 1990 s,governments at all levels gave this model Active support and encouragement have greatly promoted the development of cooperatives.On July 1,2007,China officially issued the Law on Farmers' Professional Cooperatives.The introduction of this law means that the farmers' professional cooperatives in China have officially ushered in the golden age of development.The types of cooperatives involving various fields and fields have increased rapidly.At the same time as the rapid development of farmers' professional cooperatives,problems such as lack of development stamina,undersized scale,and inadequate service functions have begun to emerge.First of all,based on the analysis of the background of the topic selection,this paper closely follows the two major themes of farmers' professional cooperatives and farmers' income increase.By combing the frontier dynamics of domestic and foreign research literatures,this paper puts forward the research problem of “the influence of farmers' professional cooperatives on the income increase of farmers”.Based on the definition of farmers' professional cooperatives,farmers and farmers' income concept,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of farmers' professional cooperatives in Haiyang City.Through field research data,it mainly selects household heads,households,family farming and family farming.There are 13 variables in the four aspects of farmers' professional cooperatives.The Probit model is used to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of farmers' professional cooperatives to increase farmers' income.Finally,based on the above research,relevant policy recommendations are given.The paper draws the following conclusions: First,the participation of cooperatives has a significant role in promoting the income of farmers;secondly,the income increase that farmers can obtain after joining the cooperatives is directly related to the level of human capital of the farmers and the situation of the household labor,such as education.Level,degree of understanding of cooperatives,level of specialization of farmers engaged in agricultural production,professional skills possessed by themselves,proportion of non-agricultural occupations in the family labor force,etc.;the length of time that farmers who join cooperatives participate in cooperatives,The proportion of agricultural products sold through cooperatives is directly proportional to the effect of cooperatives on the income increase of farmers;cooperatives attach importance to brand building and brand maintenance,which will play a very important role in the long-term development of cooperatives;whether the scale of cooperatives has a reasonable dividend return mechanism and The degree of satisfaction of the members with the cooperatives is closely related to the effect of the cooperatives on the income increase of the farmers.Therefore,various methods should be adopted to improve the human capital level of agricultural producers,improve the pertinence of development members,improve the charter system of cooperatives,promote the standardized development of cooperatives,strengthen the brand building of cooperatives,and guide the cooperatives that are too small to be merged and reorganized.
