As individual living standards improves,the reason why people take the job is not only to make money,but more and more employees pursuit of self transcendence,their spiritual needs are increasing day by day.How to satisfy the spiritual needs of employees have become issue that needed to be addressed as a matter of urgency.Workplace spirituality is an inner experience of employees at work,employees who with high level workplace spirituality,they will have a positive attitude towards work and it is conducive to the development of the organization.In china,workplace spirituality has not drawn much attention by drawn much attention,we still be placed in an entry-level stage.So it make sense to study the relationship between workplace spirituality,organization-based self-esteem and organizational citizenship behavior.In this paper,on the basis of literature reading,using “workplace spirituality scale”,“organization-based self-esteem scale” and “organizational citizenship behavior scale”,a total of 350 questionnaires were distributed to employees and 269 valid questionnaires were recovered.Through difference analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and path analysis,exploring Chinese employees' status of workplace spirituality,organization-based self-esteem and organizational citizenship behavior,and how they to influence each other.We get the following main results:(1)Workplace spirituality does not have significant differences in demographic statistics variables,organization-based self-esteem and organizational citizenship behavior in organization domain have significant differences in position;(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of workplace spirituality and organizational-based self-esteem,and the various dimensions of workplace spirituality are positively correlated with the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior;The organizational-based self-esteem is positively correlated with the various dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior;(3)Workplace spirituality can positively predict organization-based self-esteem,among them,meaningful work and sense of community can predict organizationbased self-esteem,but alignment of values has no effect.(4)Organization-based self-esteem can significantly predict the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior.(5)Workplace spirituality can significantly predict organizational citizenship behavior,in particular sense of community and alignment of values can positively predict organizational citizenship behavior in the self domain and group domain;meaningful work,sense of community and alignment of values can positively predict organizational citizenship behavior in the organization domain,meaningful work and alignment of values can positively predict organizational citizenship behavior in the society domain.(6)Organization-based self-esteem play a partial mediating role in workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior.
