| There is a special meaning in the context of the local China organization theory and practice of moral leadership,highlighting the existence of traditional Confucian ethics in the local organization in value,the leader of their morality emphasizes on the instrumental is completely different from the western leadership theory which includes leading advocate.Moral leadership functions in the form of the subtle,often can promote employee’s organizational citizenship behavior,logical framework but in the past few related studies on its mechanism is more inclined to the western leadership theory and leadership practice become a subtle means of control of employee’s psychological state,this does not accord with virtue the leadership of the interest in a certain extent.This paper argues that the influence of moral leadership on organizational citizenship behavior occurred in more employees beyond the psychological reaction of the spirit,and through empirical method that workplace spirituality as a comprehensive reflection of the concept of employee self perception,has a mediating effect on relationship between moral leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.Many of the existing research on Chinese situation,may only be in the process of empirical analysis changed the sample,but the analysis framework is still in the west,but very few studies focus on the discussion based on local culture.This paper analyzes the organizational citizenship behavior from the perspective of Chinese traditional Confucian culture,and focus on the leadership theory China local,namely moral leadership in Confucian ethics,it is rooted in the "Virtue" of the core elements for the development of leadership theory China has important theoretical significance.On the other hand,the concept of workplace spirituality actually contains humanistic care for employees,and to advocate the human nature is an important feature of postmodern management thoughts:trying to reason beyond the control system management,construct an emotional value system,prevent the loss of humanity in the field of management,the management as the realization of human freedom and happiness as a means of.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence mechanism of moral leadership on employees’ organizational citizenship behavior in Chinese context,especially in the spirit level of employees.Moral leadership and western leadership theory are the dominant logic of the differences,it is starting from the positive self-restraint,not deliberately emphasize the leadership of the target,whether employees in specific work effectively incentive,and how leaders can stimulate and enhance the staffs psychological state,with respect to its influence on employees’psychological reaction and feelings and state,moral leadership role is mainly reflected in the spirit level can improve employee’s workplace spirituality.Workplace spirituality belongs to the employees of relatively stable characteristics,has a higher degree of meaning,sense of community and organizational values of employees to maintain their attitude and sense of coherence,will implement more organizational citizenship behavior.Based on the literature review on the hypothesis,selecting the suitable amount of China related situation,the empirical analysis shows that there exists a significant positive relationship between moral leadership,workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior in 22,and two different test methods showed that the mediating role of the mediating role of workplace spirituality in the relationship between moral leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.This paper demonstrates the virtues of leadership attention on the construction of Confucian ethics China local management theory value,workplace spirituality and emotion is able to interpret the value of postmodern management theory emphasizes that,although the Confucian ethics and modern management theory respectively from the East and the west,but the two have in common in the nature of the problem about the enterprise,after the modern management theory by emphasizing the reflection of emotion,human nature and the irrationality of the value of enterprises,and in the context of Confucian ethics Chinese for local businesses to provide an alternative source of value. |
