| Banks play an important role in China's economic development,national development,personal life and business activities.However,at present,the strategic development and business means of banks are showing a trend of homogenization.For example,issuing medium and long term loans,credit card business,agency fund business and investment and financial management business.As more and more banks carry out shareholding reform,the development role of banks has slowly changed to the development role of companies,and the competition between the banks will also become more and more intense.Therefore,choosing a suitable development strategy is one of the necessary means to enhance the comprehensive competitive advantage of banks.Sishui Rural Commercial Bank's predecessor was Sishui Rural Credit Cooperative,which was established in 1998.In 2016,according to the reform instructions of Shandong Bank Supervision Bureau and Agricultural and Commercial Bank,it was reorganized as Shandong Sishui Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Sishui Rural Commercial Bank),which has more than 20 branches,including Chengguan branch,inheriting its predecessor's debt and claims,with the registered capital of 26.847 million yuan.Level I legal person,unified accounting,hierarchical management,authorized management management system were implemented in Sishui Rural Commercial Bank.Based on the above background,this dissertation takes Sishui Rural Commercial Bank as analytical case,using primary data,studies the competitive advantage and long-term strategic development which brought by the improvement and risk control of current problems of Sishui Rural Commercial Bank,using Maikebote's Five-Force Analysis Model,SWOT and PEST to study and formulate the development strategy of Sishui Rural Commercial Bank. |
