Under the background of "China's new normal ",innovation has become an effective way to improve the performance and long-term development of the enterprise.It is of great significance to introduce the Entrepreneurial Orientation into the enterprise.Although scholars have done a lot of research on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance,there still has been no clear conclusion about the specific mechanism between the two variables.This paper holds the view that the promoting effect of entrepreneurial orientation on enterprise performance is realized by all employees within the enterprise,rather than just a problem at the enterprise level.Only the value of employees in the enterprise can be brought into play,which can effectively promote the improvement of enterprise performance.Strategic Human Resource Management has positive effect on improving work enthusiasm and passion of employees.No one has studied the mediation of Strategic Human Resource Management before,the research of this paper is dedicated to provide clear interpretation path for "black box" between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Enterprise Performance.In terms of the above problems,this paper summarizes the previous studies,and on the basis of it,constructing an intermediary role model of Entrepreneurial Orientation-Strategic Human Resource Management – Enterprise Performance,putting forward the hypothesis of this paper,exploring the mediating role of Strategic Human Resource Management between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Enterprise Performance.206 valid questionnaires were obtained finally,and the reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis are carried out by the statistical software SPSS22.0.The results of empirical analysis are as follows: Entrepreneurial Orientation and its three dimensions namely innovation,risk taking and antecedence have positive effects on Enterprise performance.Entrepreneurial Orientation and its three dimensions namely innovation,risk taking and antecedence have positive effects on Strategic Human Resource Management.Strategic Human Resource Management and its three dimensions namely employee recruitment and allocation,training development,performance compensation have a positive effect on Enterprise Performance,and the positive effect of employee participation on Enterprise Performance has not passed the significant test.Strategic Human Resource Management plays a partial mediating role between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Enterprise performance.Through the analysis of the above hypothesis test results,the conclusions of this study and the enlightenment to management practice are summarized as follows:The three dimensions of Entrepreneurial Orientation have a positive impact on Enterprise Performance,the regression coefficient of innovation is the largest,which shows that innovation can bring high enterprise performance more than the other two dimensions.The implications of this research conclusion to the management practice are as follows: In the daily operation,the enterprise should appropriately improve the risk bearing tendency,at the right time to be the pioneer of the market,the most important thing is that the manager should pay attention to the innovation of the whole enterprise,cultivate a kind of innovation atmosphere in the enterprise,improve the creativity of the staff,enterprise decision-makers should also actively innovate in products,services,technology and so on,so as to achieve the improvement of enterprise performance.Among the four dimensions of Strategic Human Resource Management,all have positive effects on enterprise performance except employee participation,and the regression coefficient of training development is the largest,which indicates that training development has the greatest impact on enterprise performance.The implications of this research conclusion to the management practice are as follows: The manager should establish a strict and systematic employee recruitment system and a reasonable and effective salary system within the enterprise.The most important thing is to train the staff at the right time,which can improve the sense of responsibility and the sense of identity to the enterprise,and improve the level of professional skills effectively,enhance work efficiency and adaptability t to the market,create competitive advantages for enterprises,so as to improve enterprise performance.The mediating effect of Strategic Human Resource Management between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance is partial.This shows that the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on enterprises performance is directly generated and partly realized through Strategic Human Resource Management.The implications of this research conclusion to the management practice are as follows: Managers can tend to enhance entrepreneurial orientation of enterprises.At the same time,they should pay attention to the rationality and applicability of the internal human resource management system,constantly improve the relevant system and policy,which play an important role on that the intermediary role of Strategic Human Resource Management between Entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance can develop effect actually.thus achieving the positive effect on enterprise performance.
