Human resource is the core resource of enterprise,enterprise strategy is an indispensable part of the enterprise in the market competition,is essential to maintain the competitiveness of human resources.Human resources management with the company's strategy is mainly on the basic guiding problem in human resources management to answer,is the foundation of the whole human resources management system.So in the development of enterprises,human resources management is gradually with the enterprise strategy as a whole,human resources has gradually become an important part of the enterprise's competition strategy and the existence of the construction of human resource management in enterprise strategic oriented has become the current enterprise.The focus of development.This paper attempts to study,strategic management,strategic human resources management theory,combing with the status quo,causes the H company human resources management problems,the analysis as the foundation,proposed H corporation human resources management system to build a strategic direction for the necessity,the construction of the ideas,goals and principles as well as specific construction plan,and ensure the strategy oriented human resource management system of H company operation,implementation to explain the effect of the implementation of the evaluation,explore the feasibility of the system of human resource management and scientific,in order to provide experience for the solution of human resources the enterprise management problems.
