Since the 21 st century,great changes have taken place in the global industrial structure.New technologies such as new energy,artificial intelligence,the Internet+ and the Internet of Things continue to emerge.Premier Li Keqiang called for "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and launched many entrepreneurial activities to enhance the entrepreneurial intentions of potential entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs and help them start their own entrepreneurial activities.At present,"public entrepreneurship and innovation" has officially risen to a national strategy.Innovation and entrepreneurship will become the new engine of China's economic development under the new normal.Entrepreneurship plays an increasingly important role in China's economic growth,technological progress and improvement of international competitiveness.New job opportunities created by entrepreneurship have also become the due behavior when enterprise response to changing environment.In the process of entrepreneurial innovation and entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial orientation is promotes the process of entrepreneurship to the firm level,effective learning behavior is enterprises to cope with the change of environment,create the best tool for competitive advantage,this mode of action in the process of learning organization is to adapt to the new trend of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.In the new context of “public entrepreneurship,innovation”,“Internet+” and the sharing econ omy in China,the entrepreneurial environment is complex and changeable,and the connotatio n and representation of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial action learning will als o change.This kind of change directly or indirectly affects the performance of entrepreneurshi p.Only a deep understanding of the content of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial action learning in a dynamic environment can effectively explain or characterize its impact on entrepreneurial performance.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial performance,taking entrepreneurial action learning as a mediating variable,and provides a good theoretical guidance for improving entrepreneurship performance.The content of this article is mainly carried out in accordance with the following framework.First,the paper elaborates the research background and significance,and gives a systematic exposition of the main contents and ideas and methods of this thesis.Secondly,the research literature on entrepreneurial orientation,entrepreneurial action learning and entrepreneurial performance is reviewed comprehensively and systematically,and the relevant theories are also described,laying a theoretical and literary foundation for the subsequent research.Thirdly,the key dimensions of the research,that is,the dimensions of entrepreneurship orientation,entrepreneurial action learning and entrepreneurial performance,are redesigned to provide a basis for effectively clarifying the relationship among them and for making the relationship hypotheses.Then,based on the setting of three variables,the dissertation studies the relationship between them in theory and practice,respectively from the perspectives of collaborative innovation and entrepreneurial performance,leading and entrepreneurial performance,risk-sharing and entrepreneurial performance,dynamic competition and entrepreneurial performance in four aspects to explore the relationship between them and make the relevant four assumptions.In addition,in order to verify the above hypothesis,this paper designs the corresponding questionnaire,gives the measurement methods of each dimension of the three kinds of variables,and carries out the confirmatory research design.Finally,based on the survey results of the questionnaire,the paper makes an empirical study on the above hypotheses,and uses SPSS,AMOS and other software to make statistical analysis of 263 valid sample data obtained from the survey,and draws valuable conclusions.And it puts forward the research suggestions according to the hypothetical result,which provides the detailed theoretical and practical guidance for the entrepreneurial enterprises to improve their entrepreneurial performance.At last,the research results of this paper are systematically summarized,and it puts forward the research deficiencies and prospects of this article.The main innovations of this article are as follows:(1)It reveals a new multidimensional construct of entrepreneurial orientation.Entrepreneu rial orientation includes collaborative innovation,leading action,risk sharing,and dynamic co mpetitiveness.These four dimensions are independent and have inherent convergence.The fou r-dimensional construct is the development of entrepreneurial-oriented dimensions,and it alsomeets the needs of Chinese companies' practice of innovation and entrepreneurship developm ent.(2)It develops dimensions and elements of entrepreneurial action learning.Entrepreneurs hip can essentially be regarded as a learning process,and entrepreneurial action learning is a l earning process that acquires new knowledge through entrepreneurial practice.This paper deta ils the conceptual dimensions of entrepreneurial action learning in relation to exploratory and exploitative learning.It further classifies entrepreneurial action learning into exploratory learni ng,transformation learning and development learning,and expands the two-dimensional cons truct of entrepreneurial action learning.It explores unique behavioral learning processes in ent repreneurial research,integrating and building a bridge between organizational learning and e ntrepreneurship research.(3)It analyzes the mediating mechanism of entrepreneurial action learning in the relations hip between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance.This paper analyzes t he intrinsic process of entrepreneurial orientation affecting entrepreneurial performance,and p roposes and validates the intermediary mechanism of entrepreneurial action learning in the rel ationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance.Studies have s hown that only transformation learning and development learning play an intermediary role b etween entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance.The research results exten d the theoretical system of entrepreneurial action learning and entrepreneurial performance,hi ghlighting the impact of transformation learning and development learning,which refines clari fies the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial performance mechanisms.(4)The specific measures for the enterprises to enhance their entrepreneurial performanc e are proposed,aiming at the specific environment and characteristics of Chinese enterprises' i nnovation and entrepreneurship.It is mainly to actively cultivate and implement entrepreneuri al orientation strategies,strengthen the action learning ability in the company's entrepreneurial process,pay attention to cultivating the quality of entrepreneurs,strengthen the guidance of entrepreneurial action learning,and advocate the organic combination of entrepreneurial action learning and entrepreneurial orientation strategies,and it is better to achieve the research thor oughly.
