Since the thirty years of reform and opening up,China's economic growth has reached an amazing wonder of the world's annual average of 9.8%.With the rapid growth of China's comprehensive economy and the increase of comprehensive national strength,China's economic system and national life are constantly changing,and the national disposable income and financial assets have also increased rapidly.As the inevitable product of the rise of national wealth to a certain extent,the word financial management has also been mentioned by everyone.As a new industry,the financial industry has also begun to take root in China.Especially in recent years,the proportion of personal financial business accounting for the development of commercial banks in China is increasing year by year.The development of personal financial services is also very important for the comprehensive management of commercial banks.With the rapid development of the market economy and the financial industry,the demand for personal financial management is increasing.The financial sectors such as commercial banks and insurance,securities and other financial industries have gradually paid more attention to personal finance,which has accelerated the development of personal financial services.The Chinese postal savings bank was established on the basis of the reform of the postal administration system on the basis of the reform of the China Banking Regulatory Bureau in 2008,which has been established for 10 years in 2018.From the date of the establishment of the postal savings bank,the general bank has gradually developed to a large national commercial bank,and is committed to the development of large retail business,especially the development of the Dali financial business.In order to enhance the competitiveness of postal savings bank,postal savings bank should mainly develop other relatively mature commercial banks' relatively weak Dali financial businesses.However,how to improve the development of personal financial services is an important and arduous research subject that the staff of the whole bank are faced with and have great potential for development.The personal financial services of the Jilin branch of the postal savings bank have been developing rapidly.The issue of financial products has made great progress in the number of customers,the proportion of scale and the audience.However,due to the short development time of the personal financial services of the postal savings bank,there are still many problems,such as the lack of brand effect,the lack of high-end customers,the lack of high end customers' stock,the lack of the number of private outlets,the incomplete service function of the agency network,the lack of high quality professional financial personnel and the imperfect marketing model.Lack of supervision,risk and so on.Based on the analysis and study of the development status of the personal financial services of the Jilin branch of the postal savings bank,and combining with the existing practical problems existing in the current domestic commercial banks' personal financial services,some relevant marketing strategies are put forward,such as product strategy and price strategy,which are suitable for the development of the financial services of the postal savings banks.As well as channel strategy,promotion strategy,service strategy and so on,it also puts forward the relevant safeguard measures for the Jilin branch of the postal savings bank to achieve these strategies,such as strengthening the protection of the personal financial business organization system,the training of personal financial services staff,the protection of personal financial business technology and personal financial management.In order to ensure the healthy and steady development of personal savings business in Jilin branch of postal savings bank,the guarantee of business internal management mechanism is ensured.
