| With the deepening of financial reform,China's commercial banks increasingly fierce competition,how to effectively control the cost of business,improve revenue has become the focus of commercial bank management.With the rapid development of personal financial services,the proportion of personal financial business in commercial banks is more and more important to the overall business.Postal Savings Bank of China as serving"agriculture,countryside and farmers"is the main commercial banks,both rural and urban markets,personal financial business as its most important banking.Therefore,the study of the costs and benefits of the personal financial services for the postal savings bank has a very important significance.Postal Savings Bank of personal financial business and other commercial banks than not dominant,due to the management,the postal savings bank personal financial business as a whole performance status of higher overall cost,income is relatively low.In order to change the current situation of postal savings bank,it is needed to analyze the specific content of the personal financial business from the angle of cost and benefit,which is the purpose of this paper.This paper is divided into five parts,the first chapter and second chapter is general introduction and personal financial business,this is a necessary component of this paper;the third chapter is the analysis of current situation and development of personal financial business of the postal savings bank,the personal financial business of the cost and benefits analyses;fourth chapter is to analyze the reasons of personal financial business benefits of the postal savings bank,respectively,from the high cost and low profit point by analyzing the reasons,the key content of this paper is the fifth chapter;for the healthy development of the personal financial business of postal savings bank,from market orientation,product innovation and risk control and other aspects the constructive suggestions. |
