The Study On The Prevention Management Of Personal Operational Risks In Postal Savings Bank Of China

As the modern Science develops all the time,the proportion of operational financial business in the commercial bank is increasing.The international and domestic commercial banks are strengthening supervision of the personal operational risk.The China Bank Regulatory Commission introduced a series of risk documents,but compared with the risk status,the prevention management is not perfect,the commercial banks have not build the complete prevention of operational risk management.Now,the operational risk cases occur frequently.The dissertation elaborates the formation mechanism of personal operational risk from five aspects:the institution aspect,the process aspect,the system aspect,personnel factors and the external factors;analyzed the prevention status of the personal operational risk in the Postal Savings Bank of China,the main problems are.:the system of risk prevention is not full,there are loopholes in the system program,the human resources management is not enough,the external environment is not stable,the operational risk losses database;elaborates the experience and enlightenment of foreign countries;trying to explore assessment and monitoring methods of personal risk prevention in the Postal Savings Bank of China,design the key risk indicator of the personal financial business;design the risk prevention and control mechanism of personal financial business in the Postal Savings Bank of China from these aspects:establish and improve personal risk prevention and control system;to perfect the information disclosure mechanism of the personal financial business;to improve the system and process of the personal financial business;to do a good job of employee management.
