With the rapid development of modern Internet technologies,electronic banking services are gradually replacing traditional commercial banking financial services with their advantages of convenience,flexibility,speed,efficiency,and intelligence,and have become an emerging business model for commercial banks.The development level of e-banking is one of the important signs reflecting the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of commercial banks,and is an important factor in attracting high-end and high-quality customer resources.Since China's Bank of China introduced online banking for the first time in 1996,various commercial banks in China have increased their investment in e-banking,intensified e-banking business innovation,improved service capabilities,and formed a physical network as the frontline,giving full play to the e-banking business.Play an important role in optimizing the new pattern of service models.Faced with the impact of third-party payments,narrowing interest margins,financial disintermediation,and the rapid development of private banks,the business development model that traditionally depends on asset business and liability business no longer adapts to the modern financial market,and commercial banks must innovate profit models in this process.In China,electronic banking stands out.Whether it can timely explore the direction of development of electronic banking business,seize the opportunity,determine the future customer structure and market share of commercial banks.As the large-scale state-owned commercial bank established earlier in Liaoyuan City,the Agricultural Bank of China Liaoyuan Huining Sub-branch has enjoyed a good momentum of development in its electronic banking business in recent years.The business transformation has been proceeding smoothly,with advantages such as advantageous geographical location,large customer base,complete product system,and advanced equipment.At the same time,there are also deficiencies in job responsibilities,weak marketing capabilities,lack of professional talent,and unreasonable customer structure.In the face of competition from peers and third-party payments,the competitive advantage is not prominent.Therefore,the Agricultural Bank of China Liaoyuan Huining Sub-branch should formulate an e-banking business development strategy to improve the core competitiveness of the sub-branch.This article first analyzes the current status and existing problems of the electronic banking business of the Agricultural Bank of China Liaoyuan Huining Sub-branch,and believes that the Agricultural Bank of China Liaoyuan Huining Sub-branch has an understanding of the e-banking business,marketing capabilities,team talents cultivation,brand building,customer structure and risk management,etc.Based on the analysis of the external environment and internal environment facing the development of the e-banking business of the Agricultural Bank of Liaoyuan Huining Sub-branch,the e-banking development strategy that meets the actual operation of the Agricultural Bank of Liaoning Liaoyuan Huining Sub-branch was formulated,including the differentiated strategy of customized services.Focused products focus on the centralization strategy and market penetration strategy.Finally,the specific methods and safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy of the Agricultural Bank of China Liaoyuan Huining Sub-branch were proposed,including the establishment of an e-banking business development strategy leading group,the improvement of the performance appraisal mechanism,the creation of a professional product manager team,and the strengthening of corporate culture construction.The effective implementation.It is hoped that the strategic selection and implementation proposed in this paper will accelerate the development of the electronic banking business of the Agricultural Bank of China in Liaoyuan Huining Sub-branch and explore the road suitable for accelerating the development of the e-banking business of the Agricultural Bank of China in Liaoyuan Huining Sub-branch,and provide the featured e-banking brand reference for the Agricultural Bank of Liaoyuan Huining Branch.
