Our country is in the critical stage of deepening the reform of the economic system and improving the socialist market economy.The modern market economy is the credit economy.It is urgent to establish and improve the social credit system.To this end,the office of the State Council in 2014 issued the "social credit system construction plan(2014-2020)",the construction of the social credit system put up a strategic height,which also marks the official entry of the age of credit.In the background of the rapid development of large data,the increasingly white heat in the industry,the decrease of the disposable marketing resources and the continuous saturation of the users,how to manage the existing users scientifically and effectively classify the users is the cost of reducing the marketing cost and the arrears of the future communication operators.Bad debt risk,enhance user retention,enhance user satisfaction and create an important link of user value.The user's credit management is the key component of the enterprise user management,but the operator still stays in the primary stage for the user's credit management.The overwhelming majority of the operators take the mode of paying the user first and after paying,which can reduce the risk of the arrears to a certain extent,but in the long run,it can not give full play to the maximum user.Value.This article will explore how to establish an effective user credit evaluation system for the communication operators in the large environment of the credit era,to manage and marketing the different credit rating users respectively,in order to reduce the cost of the marketing,improve the stickiness of the users,reduce the rate of debt and bad debts,improve the satisfaction and maximize the increase of the user's satisfaction.The purpose of preserving the value of the household.This paper will introduce the way of case introduction from the aspects of organizational structure construction,professional management,the establishment of user credit management model and classified credit user marketing strategy.
