Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee with comrade xi jinping as the general secretary has made scientific analysis of the domestic and international economic development situation and accurately grasped China's basic national conditions.Based on the of stage characteristics of China's economic development,the CPC Central Committee has made Major Strategic Judgments and clearly declares that China's economic development has entered a new normal state.To adapt to the new normal state,we need to strengthen the construction of a new type of supervision system with credit as the core,strengthen in-process and after-event supervision with credit as the key,and create an honest and trustworthy social environment.With the development of the era of social progress,it is imperative to strengthen the construction of social credit system,especially with the high attention by the CPC Central Committee.The traditional credit assessment can be regarded as an official monopoly.The information sources of the credit investigation system are mainly commercial Banks and other financial institutions,and the included information includes basic information of enterprises and individuals.The data of communication operator is the credit data related to consumer credit strength,which has the obvious data advantages of wide user coverage,real name,real-time change and communication circle information.The credit data of operators are applied to the financial industry,and automatic analysis is conducted through the big data platform and machine learning algorithm to obtain the credit risk score of customers,which will reduce some risk problems in the financial industry and strengthen the supervision mode.Firstly,this paper collects and sorts out the literature around the theory of user credit management,and summarizes and reviews relevant theories.At the same time,I have collected the theoretical knowledge of credit evaluation system model construction around the world to form my own theoretical foundation.Secondly,based on the user data of communication operators,I applied statistical and quantitative analysis methods to fully and effectively carry out the analysis and build the user credit evaluation model so as to establish the credit management mechanism.The big data technology can categorize the huge amount of communication operators' data and then model it or calculate it or both of them.The big data technology can categorize the huge amount of communication operators' data and then model it or calculate it or both of them.Considering the five information dimensions(the user's identity,user value,credit history,habits,relationships),we can establish the user credit management pyramid model by modelling and processing and then evaluate the user's score..The credit score represents the credit quality of users,and the higher the score,the better the credit of users.According to the results of the model,empirical users are selected to prove that users with high scores have obvious advantages over users with low scores in terms of identity characteristics,consumption power and credit history.Finally according to a good credit management system,and focusing on the user's credit data,we can carry out the scene application in the financial industry,to locate the user portrait,find the target customers,monitor the market risks,identify credit fraud,give customers different credit service,support customer's finance etc on several aspects Throughout these aspects,we can innovate financial supervision mode and reduce the risk of borrowing.
