Evaluation Of Enterprise Value In Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Industry

In recent years,stock maket is blooming,so investors is more infidence with stocks.However,most investors still stays on the analysis of the stock value in shallow technology level,who can't accurate analysis of enterprise valuation.Only when we know the target enterprise deeply and apply the method suitable for the valuation enterprise,we can obtain the valuation result that is most in line with the real value of the enterprise under reasonable assumptions.This article using the case study method of integrating theory with practice,tries to combine the actual situation of Chinese enterprises with capital markets,applying the relevant theory and model for the evaluation of the value of the company to the practice of enterprise value assessment.For this,this article selects a local listed pharmaceutical company of Jiangxi province as a valuation case study object.through the outlook for the industry development,historical performance analysis and management of risk in-depth discussion.On the basis of this,a rigorous company free cash flow discount(FCFF)model is used to evaluate the intrinsic value of jiang zhong pharmaceutical company.Then,the P/B valuation method in relative valuation method is used to compare with similar companies in the same industry to further verify the evaluation results.Through case analysis,this paper concludes that jiangzhong pharmaceutical stock value is undervalued.Standing in the Angle of the management of enterprise analyze the existing problems and their causes,putting forward the buy-out industry of small producers to reduce competition,increase production capacity;Construction of traditional Chinese medicine base;Increasing industrialization of scientific and technological achievements;To improve the operation ability and other Suggestions,hope these suggestions can help make the price return value.
