The Case Analysis Of V V Food & Beverage's Diversification Performance

Diversification has become a problem that must be considered in the development of most enterprises.But the impact of diversification on enterprise performance,is different from enterprise to enterprise.Some of them have been prosperous by diversification,some of them have been bankrupt and extinct.At the same time,combing the literature on the impact of diversification on corporate performance,it is found that scholars at home and abroad have not yet reached a consistent conclusion.Therefore,the specific analysis of specific enterprises may be a better choice to analyze the impact of diversification on business performance.In this dissertation,case study method is used.And it takes the big boss of the soybean milk industry ——V V Food & Beverage who has a continuous development of diversification as the research object.It evaluates the V V's diversification performance by means of quantitative and qualitative methods.Firstly,it introduces V V's general situation;diversified development process and current situation.It also analyzes the reasons for its diversification.Then,combing with the comparison of the Lulu and the industry average level of the reference company,we evaluated the company performance from the traditional financial indicators and Tobin Q values.At the same time,it evaluates its diversification performance based on diversification motivation.Based on the evaluation results,we dig out the reasons why its diversification is not effective.Finally,it comes to conclusion that V V's diversification has a negative impact on the performance of enterprises,and the effect of diversification is not good.And put forward some suggestions on V V's diverse problems.This dissertation can play a certain role in the further research of diversification and business performance will help V V to improve the performance of diversification,and can be used for reference by other diversified enterprises.
