Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Network Embeddedness To The New Generation Migrant Workers' Entrepreneurial Performance

Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the new migrant workers aged 18 to 35 is a group of highly potential rural entrepreneurial groups that are expected to open up new areas of entrepreneurial economy and maximize entrepreneurial benefits.Currently,in the complicated network environment and prosperous knowledge economy era,the importance of network embeddedness to enterprise performance has been recognized by many scholars.How to use knowledge management ability to improve performance of new generation of migrant workers and whether the knowledge management ability play a important role in the relationship of network embeddedness and enterprise performance are not solved.In order to better reveal the relationship of network embeddedness,knowledge management ability and entrepreneurial performance of the new generation of migrant workers,this paper takes the new generation of migrant workers whose ages between 18 and 35 as the research object,build the theoretical model of network embeddedness,knowledge management ability and entrepreneurial performance.Then using 293 valid questionnaires,using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model to empirical research method,and finally get the mechanism model of network embeddedness for the new generation of migrant workers' entrepreneurial performance,the main research conclusion is as follows:(1)Network embeddedness has a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of the new generation of migrant workers.In this paper,empirical research found that three dimensions of network embeddedness have influence on entrepreneurial performance,the effects of relationship embeddedness on business performance is most significant,followed the effects of structure embeddedness on business performance is significant,cognitive embeddedness on entrepreneurial performance also have effect,but the effect is not very significant.(2)Network embeddedness has a significant impact on knowledge management ability.The influence of relationship embeddedness and cognitive embeddedness on knowledge management ability is more significant,and the influence of structure embeddedness on knowledge management ability is significant.(3)Knowledge management ability has a significant impact on the entrepreneurial performance of the new generation of migrant workers.By dividing knowledge management ability into knowledge acquisition ability and knowledge application ability,it is found that knowledge acquisition ability has a significant influence on knowledge application ability.Moreover,the knowledge acquisition ability plays a significant role in the entrepreneurial performance of the new generation of migrant workers,and the role of knowledge application ability in entrepreneurial performance is quite remarkable.(4)The empirical research shows that knowledge acquisition ability and knowledge application ability can play a mediating role between network embeddedness and the new generation of migrant workers' entrepreneurial performance.
