Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Entrepreneurial Will Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

Before the reform and opening up,the planned economic system of our country,the econormic structure of two elements closed limit farmers migrating to the city.After the reform and opening up,along with the development of China's industrialization and urbanization,a large number of farmers into the city,consist the workforce.At present,"migrant workers" and "the tide of migrant workers",which are Chinese characteristic names,come into being.The number of new generation migrant workers is close to two hundred million,and has become the subject of migrant workers.And the way of their development become one of the key factors to promote urbanization fur-ther.Different growth environment makes new generation migrant workers are different from the first generation migrant workers.They are high level of education,job requirements,quality of life and high requirements.Based on the characteristics of the new generation migrant workers,when they faced with the similar survival environment of the first generation migrant workers,the new generation migrant workers will obviously have psychological gap,and make many different coping behavior.Therefore,how to guide the new generation migrant workers orderly,reasonable,full employment is important to them.And encourage migrant workers to start their own businesses,promote employment other new generation migrant workers at the same time,which is an effective way.The entrepreneurial intention is the point of the whole business,influence of entrepreneurial intention of the new generation migrant workers to solve the entrepreneurial factors and the question will be helpful.Based on reading a lot of literature,the paper take the mainly empirical analysis and supplementary normative analysis as research methods,and start from the macro analysis,gradually settled in the micro perspective.Firstly,analyses the present situation,the new generation migrant workers' entrepreneurial intention:the people of entrepreneurial intention are much,business to accelerate the pace of industry diversification,business pressure,characteristics the scale of business differentiation.According to survey dates,the paper analyses in the way of descriptive statistics and variables correlation.In four aspect factors,which are individual characteristics,economic factors and social factors,using the Logistic model,apply regression analysis to the entrepreneurial intention of new generation migrant workers and indicates that the factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of the new generation of migrant workers are not single,but a combination of various factors.The result shows that individual characteristics,economic factors,human capital factors,social factors have a significant impact in the entrepreneurial intention of the new generation of migrant workers.The influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention of the new generation migrant workers mainly include age,marriage,finance problem,social insurance,monthly consumption level,cultural level,risk preference.Based on theoretical analysis and empir-ical analysis,put forward the following four suggestions:the establishment of gender equality in the entrepreneurial environment;to deepen financial reform,develop the new generation migrant workers entrepreneurs preferential financial policies;strengthen the new generation migrant workers occupation skill training and continuing education;Entrepreneurial information publicity,and effectively guide the direction of entrepreneurship.
