The development of electronic commerce,just unfolding potential,since 1997,China's first e-commerce website has been nearly 20 years of development history,in the course of 20 years of development,the electronic commerce technology upgrading rapidly,the development of electronic commerce e-commerce cover area change rapidly,continuous extension,obtained the amazing achievement.In 2016,Tmall's "double eleven" business platform reached 120 billion 700 million yuan,covering 235 countries and regions,creating an e-commerce miracle in the world's retail business history.With the development of information,intelligence,network and logistics,and the rapid development of e-commerce has been covered,explore and establish a new path of rapid economic progress,slowly put eyes on the most weak in rural areas,increase efforts into the development of electronic commerce in rural road.Rural electronic commerce brings new life to the pursuit of quality of farmers,green development in agriculture has brought new hope,will help break the occlusion of the rural logistics environment,breaking the two urban and rural economic structure,to promote product sales and expand consumer products has great influence.Therefore,in the path of development of e-commerce in the future,we should not only develop big city e-commerce creative,also want to put on the physical and mental development of rural e-commerce,look at the countryside with the perspective of development,make full use of favorable conditions for many rural population,abundant resources,wide potential customers and related policy advantages,urgent the electronic commerce development of rural e-commerce firmly grasp,to break the "last mile",so as to realize the rapid development of e-commerce in rural areas.This paper takes the A cooperative in Lixian County as the research object,and explores the new model of rural e-commerce development.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part summarizes the current situation of the development of rural e-commerce at home and abroad,summarizes the purpose and significance of the development of rural e-commerce,and defines the writing methods and innovative ideas of this paper.The second part starts with the theoretical concept,further explores the influencing factors of the development of rural e-commerce,and puts forward the basic strategic theory of developing e-commerce.The third part of the Lixian County A cooperatives as a typical case,analyzes from two aspects of internal and external environment,and to SWOT analysis,clear out the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges exist in the development process of Lixian County A cooperative,provide development ideas and direction for promoting the development of cooperatives.The fourth part,on the basis of the cognition of A cooperatives,from the perspective of strategic development,puts forward the differential developmentstrategy,and strengthens the strategic management thinking of cooperatives.The fifth part combined with the real situation of Lixian County,put forward to enhance brand awareness,strengthen enterprise personnel training,the establishment of the management department of electronic commerce,strengthen the logistics construction and cooperation,strengthen the policy support of the government,industry associations and other key initiatives to increase the guidance,promote the cooperatives bigger and stronger.
