In recent years,although the village credit cooperatives is growing stronger in the process of reform,but in the agricultural bank,the people's bank of China,the China banking regulatory commission,"temporary" hosting a long-term process,Coupled with the property right is not clear,the traditional management thinking and as well as the internal management system is not sound,for a long time not to form an effective human resource management system.The situation has not adapted to the development of modern finance.The rural credit cooperatives of XX county,due to the area of economic backwardness,have a larger problem in human resource management,which limits the development of credit cooperatives.The optimization of human resource management system in XX county rural credit cooperatives is necessary to establish the modern financial enterprise system;it also concerns the competitive ability and efficiency of credit cooperatives.This paper studies the human resource management in XX county rural credit cooperative.First,through the investigation of the credit cooperatives,we find the basic status of human resources and human resource management.Secondly,the problems in human resource management are analyzed and analyzed based on human resource management theory and existing literature.Finally,some measures to optimize human resource management of credit cooperatives are put forward.The paper consists of four chapters.Chapter 1 of XX county relevant background information collection and analysis,with objective and accurate manner,specific analysis the purpose of this topic and significance;Select field at home and abroad related research literature for reference;Put forward in this paper,the research idea and thesis framework;Chapter 2 describes the related theoretical basis,it is expounded the research on rural credit cooperatives object definition,the second is related basic theoretical knowledge of human resource management.Chapter 3 studies the present situation of the cooperative and from age,source,and record of formal schooling and title situation analysis cooperative situation of human resources management.Then,on the basis of the previous chapters,this paper studies and analyzes the inadequacies of human resources management in the county in the past.Chapter 4 puts forward some improved measures based on the existing problems.Hope that through this article research to XX county rural credit cooperatives human resources management to provide practical help,can give full play to the enthusiasm of the employees work,can strengthen to the credit union's own management,to strengthen its power,at the same time can promote the comprehensive strength of the credit union.In addition to play a reference role to the development of other credit cooperatives.
